What an absolutely great experience! Dr. Simone Lewis and her team were phenomenal in every way. I arrived and was immediately seen by Dr. Lewis. She was very thorough and explained every step of the exam to me. She made sure I understood every step of the exam. Once my exam was completed, picking out a new pair of glasses was a breeze.
Dr. Simone Lewis and the 20/15 Eyecare team take even routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly or bi-yearly examination, our Sandy Springs patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation.

Google, their website, and their front door says that they're open until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.. When I arrived at 5:30pm on a Thursday, they already locked the door and shewed me away while the other employee continued packing up. After spending an extra 40 minutes to go out of my way to prevent from having to pick the glasses up on a Saturday, I left empty handed and will have to drive back again. After spending close to $700-$1000 there every year, they will no longer receive my business or my references. As a customer, I did not feel I recieved proper customer service and my time

I’ve been on the hunt for a new eye doctor for awhile after having awful experiences At the recommendation of a coworker I came here. Best experience I’ve had at an eye doc. The whole experience took 30 mins from start to finish, Dr. Lopp was very informative and I learned so much new information about my vision that no other doctor had ever taken the time to explain. I’ve found my new eye doctor! Highly recommend!

I had taken the screws out of my glasses to clean them, and could not get them back in. My frames are 3 years old, and the hinge holes didn't line up anymore. Took my glasses here, and they put them back in less than 10 min, free of charge. The man even offered to teach me the trick to putting them back in. Extremely friendly and they have good social distancing practices!

After hearing from a friend how much they enjoyed this place I decided to book an appointment for myself and my daughter on the same day. We both received exceptional service from Dr.Lopp and the entire staff here. His assistant was wonderful! Dr.Lopp made the exam process enjoyable. He explained everything in detail and took his time with both of us. We both opted for the photographic exam and I highly recommend that. I can’t say enough about the staff here, they are just wonderful! I will be back and highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and helpful. they genuinely look like they like being thee and each other - like a family.
Very patient with my dry eyes and always happy to help - I tried about 7 different contact samples to find the right ones for my eyes before I ordered.
Had an issue with my one eye and they fitted me in that same day even though they were booked solid.
I have referred several people and everyone has been happy with their service.
