I am a realestate agent that has a client who is selling her home in the Wolf Creek Country Club sub-division. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to explain why my seller has to pay $365 for a closing letter. I have found out that this management company asked the the seller pay for docs that are not needed or required for a closing. There are atleast 7 unnecessary docs that have been tacked on by this company to get more money from anyone selling a house in this community. I wonder what the new buyer is going to have to pay.

They definitely need to work with their landscapers. So far, the landscapers have been mediocre at best. If you make a request, then they apparently would rather avoid helping than helping. There is also very little regard to enforcing code violations with cars, trash cans, and more which are rampant.
