Julianne with Providence Home Properties manages my husband's residential rental property. As an out of state property owner, it has been reassuring to have her competently overseeing the tasks and obligations the rental entails. The ease of verbal and electronic communication – along with a simplified interactive bookkeeping system -- has taken a weight off his shoulders. We went through them to rent a town home. Everything was fine via email during this crazy time. With that being I did ask for proper Credentials to verify because there had been scammers. She has no problem sending them and was so helpful. We plan to stay here a while but if we needed to we would use them again. Very professional. ❤️

Choosing Providence Home Properties was one of the best decisions we made in our move. When it’s time to leave the house you love and place it in the market for renting, it may sound crazy, but it feels like you are leaving a child in the hands of strangers. I was looking for a home desperately that would be a good fit for my family and I came across a home managed by Providence Home Properties. I reached out to them with regards to viewing the property and Julianne set up a date and time and she was very punctual. I am glad to announce that my girls and I are in the house now and although there were a few issues with the home having been vacant for a while, Julianne handled each and everyone of them promptly and professionally! I look forward to working with her and her management team while leasing my home.
