Worst property management company ever, you're online portal for payment does not work correctly iv dealt with this countless times. I pay, then whoever makes the transaction on this property management companies end doesn't do there job AND TAKE THE MONEY OUT. Then they fine you a late fee!!!! And you have to drive to them to pay!!!! Is this my problem, no its your problem!!! Plus there slow at responding to any issue you have at your rental, worst company ever. I loathe them fully.... see you in Cort!!

Very slick in overcharging you would not gives you heads up as to charger you I'm saying this cause it was my experience ... Had a cancellation notice for my renters insurance it was never cancelled she never called to ask just went in charging me for months also would cheer you for a flyers every month bit you're only receiving 4times a year.. it's not the company it's the one who is in charge of billing you

Skyline and its wonderful staff has absolutely been professional and caring for the past 3.5 years we have rented. They were instrumental in getting us the home we wanted and guided us each step with expert family oriented experience in any issues that have come up. Not sure how they get such a talented staff but they all have been nothing but the best! and we hope to continue our relationship with Skyline Properties Group for many more years !

Our new HOA Management company has been a disappointment thus far. Communication and responsiveness is terrible. It took 19 emails and a voicemail over a 30 day period to get resolution to a few basic things: 1. Update our email addresses as we were not receiving emails. 2. Replacing a pool key fob and 3. Confirmation that they had received our HOA dues payment as it appears they had trouble reconciling payments from our previous HOA Management company. Most of the emails were me reaching out to them repeatedly due to no response and when I called in attempt to reach someone, the person that answered

Skyline Properties Group helped us for 2 years manage our rental property. The tenants loved them and so did we. They took great pride in their resolution of issues and were very responsive in getting things done. Amanda and Zoe are a great team. The entire team worked to make it a great first time experience for us as landlords. Sometimes there are difficult things to do with tenants and they did them with great professionalism and care. Amanda Trott was amazing at getting our problems resolved. DD Lee has a great team!

Nothing good to say here our HOA recently switched management companies to Skyline (without homeowner input I might add...). They never respond to inquiries they illegally cut off amenity access and they never notify you of anything. They will just cut off access to everything without so much as a letter let alone an email.

I’ve been dealing with Skyline Properties for over a year. I pleased with how I’ve been able to communicate from the beginning of my move in and also during the pandemic. Amanda responding in a timely manner, especially during this time is comforting. Ms. Maying and DD Lee is prompt and professional as well. I felt it’s was also my responsibility to be patient(we’re all human) and clearly communicate my issues and/or concerns to get prompt responses and actions.
