I wouldn't recommend Timber Ridge. Lived here for almost 2 yrs.
There seems to be construction going on all the time, I worked night shifts for a month and would come home and not been able to sleep at all during the day because of the noise. People coming in to my apartment early morning to fix things I haven't asked to be fixed.
The outside balcony is pretty useless, when it rains everything gets soaked.
Management and maintenance staff are really nice though.
I take it back. management changed and they are super rude!!! DONT MOVE HERE.

These are decent apartments but the management leaves something do be desired. There was a mistake on there billing system and one screen showed that my daughter's normal rent amount was due. However, she went to pay and it showed an additional $200+ was due. Unfortunately, she didn't notice until the weekend and the office was closed. This was her first actual first full month living there. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and explained to her that it can be common for the first month to have mistakes just just relax it will work out. I advised her to send them an email to show that

BEWARE you will not enjoy living here nor when you leave. Threaten you with collection agency’s because of “damages” they want to put on you!! The apartments are in really bad shape, customer service is awful, and rent will always increase any chance you get. I would advise anyone to shop the area to live somewhere else.

My husband and I lived here for about two years as our first home. We absolutely loved it and our standards are set too high now because of it. Upon moving in to our excellent condition apartment, the few little things that we marked on our move in check list were fixed and addressed the next day without us having to even call. We had the best neighbors and it was always so quiet. Maintenance was probably my favorite thing about the place, because they were extremely qualified and very good at their job.
