Lisa Miles and crew are amazing! My best friend is moving here and I’ll move here next year. Lisa is so friendly and helpful!
Edit: So glad I never moved here. I’ve seen section 8 housing apartments look and smell better. The pool has been closed since the summer with no hopes of it ever being fixed. The internet goes out from animals chewing through the wires and no one bats an eyelid. Maintenance requests go undone for months. I feel bad for the people that pay over $1000 a month to live in squalor.

We have been receiving great service, explaining, and help from amanda for helping us get a apartment and she has been very nice, respectful, and very pleasant to work with when getting all the application when this is me and my fiance first time getting a place I feel like this is a place we would stay for a long time and know that we would be able to have great help thanks to her

Moved into Franciscan of Arlington about a month ago, overall a very nice experience.
Moving in:
I was helped by Sayli for moving into the franciscan. She was a pleasure to speak with and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. Her customer service is 5/5, excellent.
Overall experience:
The apartments are clean, tidy and have a good space. The layout of the apartment is also reasonable. Air conditioning kept the apartment cool during the hot months of August and September. I rarely hear the neighbours. Appliances are in good condition and bathroom is a good size. Service work was prompt

My last apartment was cheap & didn't feel safe at all & Franciscan is the total opposite! Its so nice to be able to have peace knowing I'm in a safe community with staff that CARES about the residence. Lisa Miles is one of the staff that has been so kind & has gone out of her way before I even moved in!! she's so helpful & truly adds value to the community. Overall, I feel so blessed to have found such a safe, clean, & friendly place to call home.

This apartment finds every way to fine someone. My first week the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The balcony wood was eaten up the air went in and out they promise me a garage and never had a opening until I stated that I were leaving. I was fined for my daughter’s walker being on the balcony for one day. I would not recommend this apartment complex for anyone with a family.

My friend was forced to vacate their apartment due to an issue not caused by them, with the apartment. My friend was then forced to stay elsewhere and wasn’t reimbursed for the cost of living elsewhere nor was their rent discounted for the time they were forced elsewhere. Sad and very inhuman, as well as demoralizing.

I've lived at the Franciscan twice now—the first time several years ago and again in 2021 when we were in between houses. I have to say, the quality of the apartments has diminished since the first time I lived here; but what can you expect after 12 years?! Overall, we've been very happy with the apartment community. The office staff are professional and courteous, and they are always ready to help. The maintenance staff is THE BEST! They are so kind, efficient and professional. They're currently short-staffed and still reeling from the winter storm earlier this year, but they are always smiling

This is a great place to live. I would give this complex a 4 star rating. But, having the pleasure of working with Ms. Lisa makes it a 5 star easily. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to your needs. It always lifts my spirits when I come into the office and can here Ms. Lisa humming and singing. She is a great asset to have!!!!!!

I just love the staff and the professionalism they betray They are always welcoming. All of them are so very kind and willing to help. There is one person that will go above and beyond to help you her Name is Amanda Noble. She does and outstanding job at her profession very knowledgeable. I felt from the time I spoke with the agent that I made the right decision. Little did I know that after a month or solving on the top floor would I get noise complaints for just walking in my apartment, AC unit that went out as well the unit was above the shower so the overflow left an iron stain in the tub. 3 times I encountered the neighbor and… had to finally get curt. In the meantime I was without AC for 3+weeks after Labor Day due to a part that was being shipped. We lived at the Franciscan Apartments for two years. We made some rookie mistakes that will never be made again. When you move in AND more importantly move out, make sure you take very detailed pictures and videos. Have a walk through with a staff member or better yet manager, with their signature on what you will be charged for. With this being… said, the Franciscan charged us a month after we moved out. There were some things on there that were fair game, like the drip pans needing to be replaced. However, the other charges on there were outrageous. We deep cleaned our apartment, leaving

I have lived in the apartment complex for over 10 years and for the most part things have been okay, but for the last two times I have gone through a renewal it has been a nightmare. The last time I wanted to sign a new lease it took may attempts for them to get it right, each time I would report an issue, such as them leaving off the garage, or… getting the price wrong, they would tell me they would fix it and call me back, but I would never get a call back. I am so disappointed in the management today! We have lived here 17 months, never been late on our tent and have parked in tv same spot for the entire time. Last night our car was towed stating it was a fire zone. No red curb, no fire hydrant and no warning left on our car that it was suddenly unacceptable. Called the office and they agreed it was… an error and said I would not be charged to pick up my car. Then I get to the office, wait almost an hour only to find out I now have to pay 292.00 to get my car! This is a racket, they do not have adequate free parking but plenty of empty paid
