I lived here about 15 years ago and was moving back to the Dallas area and was hopeful that the Villas had what I was looking for this time, I was on a short time frame and traveling, everyone was super helpful and friendly and especially Melissa the leasing agent who went above and beyond to help me. I have been a Customer Service Trainer and Speaker for years and the I was very grateful and impressed with the caliber of service I received. I am all moved in now and very happy to be back!

If the Villas on Bear Creek is only a one star, then why are there no vacancies? VBC is a safe, clean, upscale active senior living apartment complex. Residents include original tenants from day one (over 16 years), couples, and senior singles. You will find many on-site amenities, ample local shopping and privacy. Lastly, units are offered at market rate and discounted, income based programs. Five stars. Microphone drop.

If I could give it no stars I would. My grandmother lives here on the 3rd floor and when the elevator broke they never fixed it. She has been a prisoner in her apt for the past 12 WEEKS while they do nothing about it. They lied to all the residents saying the are working on it or couldn't get the parts but it's all BS. My grandma had to go to the hospital bc of it and the stress on her back. She's 87yo. FIX THE DAMM ELEVATOR!!!
