The Apartment was nice. My two issues were the parking and the dirty swimming pool. Don't stay here unless you have assigned parking. Or you will be very disappointed. The management will blame tenants parties and tenants visitors. But the design of the parking spaces to the number of apartments don't add up. But the apartments are super quiet and I rarely seen any parties.
My second issue was the dirty swimming pool. When you do the tour, look at the swimming pool closely and you will see what I mean. If you stop by in the evening, you probably see the local ducks swimming in the pool. And if

Called on a Monday to inquire about a 3 bedroom on the property. I was given details by Allison and a quote along with being told we could schedule an appointment or walk-in. We decided stop by on Wednesday and after entering the doors, we're 'greeted' by a lady coming out of an office. She had a shocked look on her face and didn't even really greet us properly or inquire about why we were there. This individual really didn't seem to want to be help and really gave off the 'Karen' vibe. She was very short and then gave us a quote that was higher than received on the phone. Ceilings are paper thin. can’t sleep living on the bottom floor. Worst of all this place loves to charge fees and with charge you a late fee for your late fee. Deposits don’t mean anything to this apartment. they will charge you separately for made up damages that don’t exist when you move out. The web portal to pay rent doesn’t always take your money and yes, they will still charge you a late fee because of it. Besides that this place is great!

One of the best places to live. I highly recommend living here. The staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you may have or concerns that may come up. It's a quiet gated community. With moving here from out of state I feel safe and would recommend this place to all my friends and family. The apartments are well-kept and well maintained and if you ever need maintenance they are always on top of it. I also love that they are also a pet friendly community. I am definitely going to renew my lease.

Absolutely HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Been a tenant for over 2 years with not a single late payment or any issues and the management company refuses to provide any flexibility on their 60 day notice policy in middle of a pandemic! Most people right now are trying to keep food on the table and are unsure of future living plans- flexibility during a global pandemic should be a priority! Every single hospitality company in the world is providing their guests with some flexibility during these hard times, yet this company refuses! Sincerely hope the owner reads these reviews- fix this!

Reading these reviews seems to me like management is pocketing the money. Why is this place so expensive? $1300 for a 1 bed room is acceptable if this place was less than a couple years old. Cabinets, granite, and black appliances are out dated and not a good combination. I asked why are they so expensive compared to all the new apartments being built around the area. They tried selling me on they pay for your cable and internet so I asked does that include movie channels....her response was no basic cable. I suggest this place upgrade the appliances and 10 yr old granite before offering the prices

I have lived here for a year and a half and will not be renewing my lease. We have had petty things stolen from our apt such as basketballs, my kid's scooters and things of that sort but last weekend OUR VEHICLE WAS STOLEN right from in front of our building. The parking is terrible here and we generally park in front of our garage but on this… particular weekend, we weren't using our second vehicle and parked it in front of our building. The vehicle sat there Friday- Sunday night. My husband went to leave for work on Tuesday morning and the vehicle was gone. We called The Enclave to see

I have lived at Enclave since 2013 and really enjoy it here. There have been several employees in the management office during this time and they all go above and beyond what is necessary to help those living on the property. Currently, Stacy, at the front desk is the best person to date at that position. She will do whatever it takes to help the residents out and makes you feel like part of the family. Please do not lose her!Lisa has also been very responsive when needed. The maintenance guys are also very helpful and responsive when something needs to be repaired.

I currently have a lease here and will NOT be renewing. There is no where to park so you can not invite guests over. There are two spots for multiple buildings to share in my area and many residents use the spots as an extension of their personal parking so you cant have friends or family over. The units are not insulated well at all, I can hear my… neighbors television when I'm trying to sleep at night and I can feel the wind coming through the windows and doors. It looks nice on the outside but the inside has been cheaply renovated. The staff is friendly but when I have a question or concern

The apartment complex itself is great, the customer service however is a different story, I have never been treated worse after a year of residing here.
My full $200 deposit was used to shampoo the carpet. Pathetic.
If you live here now, plan to not receive any of your deposit, if you are thinking about moving in, DON'T, run as far away as possible, you will get billed for anything and everything.
There are way cheaper and way more customer friendly apartments right around the corner, go anywhere but here.

After over 5 years, I will be leaving Enclave...and moving to another Cottonwood Property (which is hassle free). While at Enclave, we have enjoyed the pool and gym, as well as the other amenities. Our apartment overlooked the pool and we always get compliments on how beautiful the apartment and the overall property is.
Ramona and James are always very helpful as far as I'm concerned. Ramona is the person I deal with most, and she is great!
Also, our maintenance requests have always been addressed within 24 hours. We had the Park Place floor plan. We will miss Enclave and all the friends we have
