Joe Prinzi a Denver native who loves all our city and state has to offer. He attended three different high schools in the western suburbs of Denver and graduated from The University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Business Management and Economics. Joe started The Old Country Real Estate Group LLC with one thing in mind, to create the best real estate experience possible not just for clients, but also for the brokers who work there.

Tim Campbell is an amazing realtor! If you want someone to get you into a house, especially in this market, he is a great person to work with. We had been with a different realtor for months before we met Tim, and no became a word we heard too often. We finally decided to make the switch and went with Tim off of a friend’s referral. He showed us a home, and we fell in love. He submitted an offer for us right after we saw it, and we couldn’t believe we got it! He will work hard for you and have your best interest in mind! Tim recently helped my fiancé and I buy our first house. It’s an overwhelming process but Tim was with us every step of the way and made it actually fun to search for a house. He was always there to answer our questions or reassure us when we needed it. Once we started looking we found an amazing house quickly and it was clear he had our best interests in mind. Tim at Old Country went above and beyond while helping us buy a house in a very competitive market. Denise is thorough, professional, responsive and experienced. Our purchase and sale were complicated transactions with multiple banks and unusual tax circumstances. Denise was able to navigate and council effectively and could always find the answer to the random crazy questions we had. She has varied background in banking and real estate which gives her a distinct advantage over the less experienced. Tim Campbell did a fantastic job in helping us find our first home! We were very nervous when we started the process as it is a big step, however as soon as we met with Tim, our worries subsided. Day or night, we were assisted with any questions that we had during the process. Tim was super responsive to all of our needs and helped explain everything that we had questions on, and he is wonderful to converse with while home shopping. He was there with us every step of the way, and helped us get our home below asking price which was amazing considering how fast homes were selling.

I picked Joe from the big smile on his card and boy did I pick correctly.
