We asked Mike to come out on a Sunday because of our schedules and time restrictions. He agreed with no problems and came out to meet us on time and prepared! We got the report from him not even 24 hours later! He was very thorough in his report and explaining everything to us!!

We have used MCD Home Inspections for much more than just home inspections. Mike has done a large variety of home improvement and repair projects at our home for about 15 years. Purchasing a home can be a very overwhelming experience, especially as a first time home buyer. Being a first time home buyer like myself, there was so much that I had to learn and so many new concepts to try to understand- the home inspection process being one of them. MCD Home Inspections is a good company. Mike Dooley was very professional on time and very thorough. He took his time and made sure I was aware of the process. He answered all my questions and made all the recommendations that we needed the sellers to fix. We are currently in California trying to buy a house in Maryland. I scoured the internet looking for someone that would have our best interest when inspection a home and i came across MCD. All I can say is WOW. I contacted Mike and told him our situation and asked for a lot of photos and a very detailed inspection and boy did he deliver. Thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail. Not only did he identify a few issues he actually showed the current owners what he found to make it easier for them to make the necessary repairs.
