She was professional and courteous. We received text and email confirmations regarding our upcoming appointment, with an image of our inspector. Jerome, our inspector, was knowledgeable, prompt, and very thorough! The electronic inspection report was very detailed, but also user friendly. The customer service at Red Carpet is truly unmatched!

As a first timer in this home buying phase, I must say this company was excellent. My inspector was Aaron. This gentleman was at the location 15 minutes early, ready and very knowledgeable in every area. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge and broke everything down to where I was not left unclear. A home inspection was done on a home being sold by my family and nearly all concerns were completely false and fabricated, this was something the realtor had also said to be weary of. Aaron Bogan's lead the inspection and flat out lied in his report. Do not allow this business to take advantage of those selling their homes.

Red Carpet Home Inspections is who you want to choose to complete your home inspection. Jerome went above and beyond and did a thorough inspection of my new home. I really appreciated his knowledge and expertise. I almost decided not to get an home inspection on a new home but I am glad I did. He identified items to have the builder fix or looked into that I would have never caught. Now I have the confidence and peace of mind going forward knowing that my home was properly inspected. I would definitely recommend them! I had a home inspection prior to closing and it was very thorough. The inspector (Aaron) was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first home inspection so he made sure to explain everything to me, which I appreciated. The report was also produced really quickly. At the end of the inspection I received a binder of home maintenance tips, coupons, and nice pen, which was an excellent bonus!

My husband and I are in the home buying process and we were in need of a home inspection, radon testing and termite inspection. The pricing was fair and was similar to others on the market but what set this company aside from the others is their customer service. Jerome from Red Carpet Home Inspections was absolutely AWESOME! He took the time to thoroughly explain all the potential problem areas in the home I was buying. He also identified a flooring and wall defect that no one else (possibly including the homeowner) was aware of. The inspection report was user friendly and written in plain English. He even followed-up after the inspection to make sure I understood everything in the report. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Home Inspections to anyone needing a thorough home inspection.
