Tom was EXTREMELY thorough in every aspect of the inspection of my new home purchase. He didn't rush through, he explained everything in its entirety and gave me advice on things I had no knowledge of prior to this inspection. If I have a need to use Mid-Atlantic Home Inspection Services again, I will definitely be calling them again.

Upon paying for a full home inspection the presence of mold was missed as well as a faulty hot water heater. Both determining factors which would have affected my decision to purchase. When contacting them they took a clear stand of no responsibility. I would choose another company if you’re in need of an inspection
