Visited on fourth of July for the local fireworks since oc's was canceled. Since no food was available,
we stopped by hunan garden while waiting. The family synergy was very prevalent and was a welcoming atmosphere, even with some of the dilapidated walls and ceilings. We ordered about 6 entré combos and we were given a rough Time estimate. Because of how large the order was, they gladly gave us an extra entré. The food came out exactly on time and it was incredibly flavorful. Note that the portions are large as 1 combo will feed 2-3. We will visit again when we come back to the area

I went the Hunan Garden because their menu said they had "Crispy Beef". Unfortunately the beef was not a Crispy Beef dish I have ever seen. It was beef slices dipped in a batter and probably fried. Once they added the sauce, it became a soggy mess. The restaurant should consider leaving the sauce on the side, thereby allowing the dish to stay relatively crispy. I would call this dish "Fried Soggy Doughnut Beef" with sweet orange zest. I also found the sauce to be too sweet and with too much orange flavor. They may have a lot of great dishes, but this one fails. I had to throw it away after a couple
