Attempted to lease there & have gone through the entire application process & paid the $40 fee for submitting. Application was approved & no communication, radio silence. I finally reach out & was told that the unit can't be held for a little more than 3 weeks from Jan 7th until my current lease is up January 31st. Literally 24 days & the unit can't be held?! Absolutely absurd & I was ready to pay the deposit & holding fee if applicable. I also let it be known upon applying when my current lease is up & it's noted on the application itself of my lease end date & there was no mention of them not

The office/maintenance are HORRIBLE! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years & a new company took over & it’s been the worst ever since . The office girl Brittany will never answer your call but if you go in she will be face deep in her phone . They don’t care about any maintenance issues you have & If you do , they don’t Inform you on anything & will forget you even have an issue going on. I’ve been without air for a week now , apartment is 90 degrees and I have a 2 month old & there is MOLD in my living room & they ALL knew. They act like they had no idea what was going on in my apt after

Let’s start with the fact that no one knows how to answer the phone! Secondly apparently even if you have your rights restored as a felon from over 5 years ago you cannot live in there apartments! I spent over 10k getting my life together and restoring my rights! Completely unprofessional with no care in the world! Might as well live in a cardboard box since my rights being restored and me paying my dues means nothing! Consider thinking twice!

Greetings, if you enjoy having no air-conditioning Arboretum Place Apartments is for you, with temperatures ranging from 80 to 95 degrees. This is also a great place for roommates you haven't put down on the lease. Due to such warm temperatures I have been accompanied by roaches of every size and arachnids. When I complete laundry the entire apartment feels like an aquatic center, then comes the gnats. I can't win here. If you like creatures this is the place for you.

Maintenance is always great once they receive the order. It’s the waiting that irritates me. I put in a request a week ago, to the day, and had to call the front office to follow up as to when they were going to come out. To my knowledge, the front office is the responsible party regarding giving out the maintenance orders. They’re not on top of that very well..
But maintenance staff - they’re always friendly and always fix the issue at hand.

I AM a mother of 4 daughters my 3 youngest love our new apartment and the playground. Thanks again Jennifer I plan to say out here for a long time. Alexis is a fabulous manager and works with us to get us an apartment. I appreciate her so much. Within 24 hrs of moving in our A/C was not cooling our apt down. And toilet was not functioning correctly. I saw a gentleman working on a water heater and we talked to the man John was his name. I had called and left message on office voicemail, then about 20 minutes John the maintenance man came to fix a/c and toilet. I love Arboretum Place this is our HOME ❣ THANK ALL OF EMPLOYEES FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ❣❣ I give them A+ .
