Woodlands At Capital Way By RAM Partners

The Woodlands is a beautiful facility from the apartment complexes, to the leasing office and all of the amenities! The moving in process was made easy thanks to Alex, I know we called her and asked questions about once a week but she was always so friendly and helpful! I love how big the fenced in dog park is, my dog has plenty of room to roam around and play. We have had some instances when we needed maintenance but Jimmy gets it done right away and is always so nice. So far we have had a great experience at The Woodlands and would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

I have lived at the Woodlands for over 6 years, i moved out in July 2020, i was advised that my deposit would come from corporate after about 6 weeks from my move out date.
So i will start out with the Pros
- they have a pool
- they have a fence
- the staff is nice
Cons
- I was told that there was a zero deposit on my lease therefore i do not receive a deposit
- The rent will go up every year, one year there was a higher usage of water for the complex, the water cost is part of the lease, so they raised everyone's rent 30 dollars to cover the cost
- Since the COVID it is hard to reach them

This place is a very safe and Beautiful property! By far the best apartment complex I have lived in! Rose, Dana and Jimmy are amazing and quick to respond to anything that I need. Here I feel like I am part of a family. If you are looking an apartment, come here and you won't be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over 3yrs and we love it! No complaints thus far! We havent had any problems with appliances until last month, even then the maintenance crew was at our door within minutes of putting in a request! Best experience for our first place together!

Haven’t lived here for a year yet BUT I can say for as long as they’ll keep me, I’ll stay!! Friendly staff(family), beautiful and well kept grounds. If it’s broke they’ll fix it fast and will even help change a flat tire:) if you’re looking for a safe, quiet and friendly community to call home, the Woodlands is the place to be!

Office staff feign ignorance to claim proper 60 day notice wasn't given of intent to vacate when lease due to expire. I told office staff when I first applied that I wanted a 4 month short term lease because I was looking for a house and planned to move quickly (via email). They said only 6 mo was available so that's what I did. I had multiple conversations with staff about my house search and intent to move out. About a week before closing on the house I went to office to notify them that I bought a house and explore options for terminating early. Would only have saved about $250 to terminate

We just moved in this weekend! Dana made the whole process so easy and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. We are excited to enjoy some of what The Woodlands has to offer and meet our new neighbors! It's such a quiet and beautiful little community and we are so excited to call it home.

To assist others in their search, I just to share my wonderful experience while living at the Woodlands at Capital Way. First, the apartment complex manager, office assistant and maintenance staff are first class professionals. Always with a welcoming smile, they are so nice and very caring. The team always inquires to see if there is anything they can do to make living here even better. The apartment complex is extremely well-maintained in every aspect. The grounds are well-kept throughout. The pool and surrounding area are immaculately-kept...always so clean.. spotless. The office staff organizes

I have lived here going on 6 years and I highly recommend living here to everyone. The girls in the leasing office are quick and efficient to answer any questions I may have and always greet me with a smile on their face. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and are always keeping the grounds clean. I absolutely love living at The Woodlands.
