Commodore Villages

This place is not worth the cheap rent and free internet service. Infested with bugs and when you try to get them to do something about it they basically make it seem like its your fault. It takes an act of congress to get them to do an inspection. Needless to say ill pay the extra for rent and so forth for a place that is worth the money thats not here

Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They are completely infested with roaches and doesn’t do anything about it. I moved in not aware of the roaches and they refused to move me to a different apartment or allow me to break my lease. And when the roaches were mentioned they acted like they have no idea there was roaches.

Been here almost two years and it’s problem after problem they want they rent on time but with leave u with no working refrigerator or microwave for 3 1/2 weeks or a/c for a week or will constantly having your kitchen and living room flood for months and when they finally come they don’t do nothing but look at it and right after they leave you will still have same problem this apartment complex thinks they are beyond the law like people don’t know they have renter or Tendent laws I’m sure none of those people in that office or those maintenance workers would like to go weeks with out a

This place is horrible. If u have any other suggestions to go somewhere else I would. I was trying to move out at the end of my contract wutht them amd they were trying to keep me there for 2 more months then when we got the chance to move out, it took us a couple of days to move all of our stuff well before we got it all out they went in amd took half our stuff then some how lost it, and trashed the place then charged us to clean it up. If u could give negative stars I would.

Shame when they continue to lose work order tickets from the "Main office" the person who is there is rude and needs a class on how to resolve problems.
Needs to rebuild them and create a safe environment for people who need a economical place to live

Be careful with this place.... I’m still in the move in process and sad to say I literally have no options left other than to continue the move. BUT...... don’t wast your money on a deposit like me. I’m simply flustered because I should have moved a week ago. Ever time I try to ask questions about what’s going on the lady in the office doesn’t know my answers. Myself and my husband feel like we’ve backed ourselves into a corner. We just wanted more space for our family. But they procrastinate on The HIGHEST LEVEL!!!! Do not ever rent from commondore villages. These people are about to make me leave my home I've been in 2 years over my dogs. Always been on time with rent
Not only did I pay my deposit. But they came to my home and seen my dogs and said they were fine. Now they are saying they exceed the weight limit because someone decided to complain for me walking my dogs and said they were to big. On top of all that they are gonna refuse to give me my deposit back for the same animals they are trying to make me get rid of. Beyond pissed. Apartment is nice. Maintenance is less than satisfactory! My AC went out around this time (march) last year. Took them till almost may to fix it. Go to turn on AC today and boom broken. I called in to the office and asked them to put in a ticket. We will see how well this goes. Edit: ait out again! Been out for over a week(April) no sign of maintenance! STAY AWAY!
