This apartment complex is the absolute worse experience I have ever had renting an apartment.
The landlady Lindsey Lopez and her coworker Lisa Jackson are both EXTREMELY unpleasant to deal with in any circumstances.
They promise to fix all the time and then when pressed to keep their word yell and get ugly about how it isn't their problem to clean up after their residents.
This woman spoke to me, an adult full time elementary school teacher as if I were a child because she OFFERED to help with large items on a porch that wouldn't fit in a compactor and I dared hold her to that offer because

I love, love, love our apartment. Ms. Lindsey and Ms. Lisa are really wonderful and always right on top of it if I have any problems. The apartments are well taken care of and comfortable. They keep the grounds well tended and even spray the apartments for bugs 4 times a year. I have lived in a few apartments over the years and this by far is the best one. Thank you Lindsey, Lisa, and the rest of the staff for making us feel at home.

This is my first ever apartment and they are absolutely amazing ! Lindsey and Lisa are the best and always will make sure you are well taken care of! A 24/hr gym, a pool, and many more amenities for this low of a price? Amazing! In the almost year now that I’ve lived here I’ve had absolutely no problems and I plan to stay here for many years to come.

I would not recommend leasing an apartment at Cross Creek. When I first move in my Cross Creek apartment I completed the Move-In Check-Off list where all faults and defects were written, including old wall paint and the 20 year old stained carpet.
I leased a 2-bed apartment at Cross Creek in early 2018 to support our US Navy. When my Navy contract ended, I gave the leasing office my exit notification. Two months after I left the apartment very clean the Leasing manager invented a story that I had a pet-dog who peed on the apartment walls. The Leasing manager said the walls had to be painted twice
