Morgan is AWESOME. She provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in finding my family and I the perfect unit. She made finding an apartment during this Covid situation as smooth as possible by sending pictures and answer the NUMEROUS phone calls and questions. Morgan is a great asset to this staff.

I lived there for a year. At first, everything ran smooth and the staff was friendly and prompt to requests. After a few months, I had new roommates in the form of cockroaches & a few mice. They were quiet but moved around while I slept. One of the mice made him or herself cozy one morning inside the oven stove burner. I was quickly made aware of his/her presence as it quickly ran down the back of the stove.
The summer was fine, after my A/C unit stopped freezing up and a few replacement parts, and only 3 or 4 days without A/C things were back below 80 degrees and my winter roommates never returned

This place looks nice but living here has it's problems. They did nothing to resolve a long term noise complaint I filed about my upstairs neighbors who would fight several times a week. I was told by that upstairs neighbor that he and the last person to live here fought constantly and the person who had lived in my apartment finally gave in and moved out. Most of the responsibility for not getting the issue handled was the old management company. They eventually moved out and my quality of life has improved greatly.

I love this place! My friend lives here and I loved it so much I decided to move over here as well!!!My leasing agent Bria was phenomenal!! She gave me all the info I needed to make this a smooth transition for me!!! Today is my move in date and can't wait to get settled in. Thank you Preserve at Bartlett team! I really love my new apartment home!!

I am a current resident and have lived here about 6 months. I called in for a maintance request on two separate occasions, one for when my AC went out and the other when I asked maintance to pressure wash above my front door where I kept seeing spiders and stuff up there and can you believe by that afternoon when I got off work, both my AC was back rocking ice cold air as well as my front porch been completely pressure washed!! It looked fantastic!!!
These were on different occasions. I just wanted to rave about this last one especially, great job-well done y’all!!! Thank-you!!!

Maintenance entered unscheduled and repainted the bathroom while I was not at home. I spent the weekend cleaning paint spatter from the tile, mirror, light fixture, cabinets, toilet, and floor. I also spent time cleaning paint spatter from my personal property including my clock, shower curtain, and had to replace my toothbrush. The work is sloppy and obviously not professional. They called after the fact and said they knew they did not come at a convenient scheduled time and to inform me what they had done. They also asked if I liked it. When I said "no," they just said, "Oh, okay." Customer service

Mr. Sayles, was very knowledgeable and resourceful in answering many questions/concerns, I had with this lovely community. Almost lived here a year. Cabinets are peeling, baseboards are falling apart in some places, sloppy paintwork, if you live at the back of the community you have a lot of interstate noise. For what I'm paying it's hard to say it's worth it. They seem to keep the grounds at the front of the complex in much better shape than the back of the complex. Before I moved in, the ironwood they showed me was larger than the one that I moved into so it was a surprise when I walked in and found that it was actually smaller than what I was expecting. Be prepared for an expensive MLGW bill. The A/C is not big

My experience was half and half. I love the space I had in my apartment, and I love the exterior design BUT OMG, the walls are paper thin. And my goodness the neighbors upstairs!!! Never a quiet moment. If you're on the back side there will be a mosquito problem. When it rained the drainage couldn't keep up. It take them some time to respond to your repair issues. Overall looks are deceiving. I will not renew my lease.
