Hall Creek At Arlington

This apartment is so clean and well built. The staff is hardworking and is always there to help when they can. Great location and is a safe, gated community that I LOVE to call home!!

I lived at Hall Creek Apartments for just over a year, and it was one of the most enjoyable stays that I have had in my long navy career. The management team is exceptional, very professional, and very responsive. The accommodations are excellent, clean, upscale, and very comfortable. It is a gated community so it is safe and secure, and the residents are kind and very pleasant. All in all, I highly recommend Hall Creek Apartments.

This is a wonderful place to live. If you enjoy rural luxury living this is the place for you. The staff is amazing.The manager Mike is awesome I recommend this place if you are in the Arlington, TN area.

I’ve been here almost a year and a half it was great then they came up with these parking permits place a flyer on my son car talking about it will be towed if it doesn’t have a permit now I come home and can’t park in front of my apartment because people have guest sleeping over and no permits three cars parked with out permits it only applies to certain people I haven’t seen a tow truck the parking has gotten really bad with a bunch of small children riding bike around your cars

My main concern with the apts at Hall Creek is that they are not kid friendly. The apt was on the ground floor right by the pool gate. The gate was constantly left open. They need a different kind of latch. Maybe spring loaded, as each resident that goes into the pool area leaves it open as they don’t want to have to use their key. Our toddler could take ten steps out the apt door to the gate. Not good. I reported this problem multiple times with cool responses, as if no big deal. Also for as much rent is, they should have a playground in the green space. Just not a kid friendly apt complex at

This is such a quiet and peaceful place. Ive been here for a year now and I have rarely had any problems. They made the move easy for me in the beginning and it has still been such a pleasure to live here. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue and contacted the office they solved the problem quickly. Thank you Hall Creek for such an amazing place to live.

I loved living here when I moved in 4 years ago. Soon after it opened. Kaye and the original team were positive, fun to know and made the place so welcoming. Then the management changed. Everyone is different but they were the opposite of Kaye. Indifferent and flat. I missed the family atmosphere that used to be. But what prompted me to add this review was when I moved out they charged me for stains that didn’t exist. I cleaned the place top to bottom. I’m a neat freak and kept the place immaculate. I never eat in my bedroom and inspected the place before I turned in the keys. Then a month

Clean, cozy, safe complex. Friendly accommodating staff. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. Great rates. Couldn't ask for a better place.
