Heather & JC were wonderful agents. They were incredibly responsive, patient and willing to go the extra mile for us. Their style is a little more laid back in that they want you to feel VERY comfortable with what you're getting into... it wasn't what I was expecting when we started the process (probably from watching too much HGTV :) ) but I'm so grateful they coached us in that respect. We found the right house at the right price point in Oakland and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

There are not enough thanks or positive accolades that we can give to JC and Heather Gonzalez. They went above and beyond to help us sell a condo. My Mom lived out of town and was overwhelmed with the task of selling the condo. Heather and her partner and husband, JC, are incredible real estate professionals. They were absolutely amazing! They helped us sell a 2BR 2Bath in Alameda (the same house they helped us buy). They did such an amazing job that the house fetched 20% more than expected. They helped us through every step of the process and when we had some problems with property they spent heaps of time helping us prepare everything so that we were able to sell our home quickly. JC & Heather made our relocation happen. We decided to move from Los Angeles to San Francisco, and had no idea where to start. After firing a few Realtors who had no idea what they were doing, we knew we found a great team when we met JC & H.

JC & Heather are the best realtors out there! My wife and I were just "sort of" looking and they showed us three places in the same building in SF. They were they early each time to the showing! They answered every question we had, and gave us really good advice. We ended up scoring and getting the last unit we looked at.
