Tim and Peter have delivered for our family not once, not twice but three times over. Our story starts out like many others. We were referred to Tim as first-time buyers. We talked to at least a dozen agents before Tim and -- with the exception of 1 -- we walked away feeling kind of... gross? Everyone was trying so hard to sell us on their resume and wasn't listening at all to what we wanted.
Then we talked to Tim. He was warm, laid back, but professional. He made us feel relaxed about the buying process while also equipping us with the information we needed. He listened intently and was just naturally on the same page when we talked about our likes, dislikes, price point, and preferred neighborhoods

Tim helped my partner and I find and buy our first home. He is a quick communicator, answered all of our questions, he was great at simply explaining the whole process to complete newbies, and he pointed out useful things to focus on when looking at properties. Tim is mild mannered, and we never felt pressured or like we were being pitched a sale. He also helped us optimize our search parameters so we didn't waste time looking at places outside our interest, and when it came to the end he helped us with negotiating tactics.

And every time he did respond (even when my questions were surely first-time home buyer basic) he did so with patience and kindness.

I was referred to Tim Fong in the Spring of 2019 as circumstances had finally allowed me to purchase my first home.
