We found Bonnie quite by accident when a historical Victorian in Alameda suddenly dropped its price into our range. The realtors handling the property were flaky (likely due to COVID throwing everyone off). Well, we went through hell with Bonnie. She lied to us more than Trump has lied to the American people. She bought my home herself, by cruel and illegal thing she does with her partner at the title office i think the title lady was Chinese??? Co-demon. Do not rent from these folks! We rented their "big yellow house" in Monte Rio over new years and nothing worked in the house, no remote for the circa 1990 26" tv, the fireplace was backed up with creosote, a huge fire hazard, and the house filled with smoke when we tried to use it.
