Without a doubt, the best experience my partner and I have ever had leasing an apartment. Ever.
We cannot recommend Mike enough, he's kind, responsive, friendly and professional. We felt welcomed by him even before we signed, and could feel how appreciated he was by all the other residents that would say hello to chat with him as we toured the building.

So rude. We had an appointment with him. But he didn't show up. We messaged him twice, called him twice.
Never replied. We waited half an hour but nothing from him. So we left. Apparently he was with other client. I don't really understand why he cannot message us he will be late?
And even after that, he messaged me saying 〝it was nice meeting you today !" ... apparently he messed up with other clients.
He is not professional at all.
He does not know how to respect his client.
I would definitely not recommend him at all.

I have worked with many agents before, either as a owner or a tenant and I have to say Mike is the most reliable one I have encountered so far. He not only represents the best interest of his clients and ensuring that the landlord is well protected financially, but also takes charges to make sure that the tenant lives in a comfortable environment. The experience of working with him is very pleasant because he is extremely responsive and resourceful. You know you can count on him and it is the characteristics i highly value when the need occurs to invest in real estate.

Mike has been my realtor twice. Once when I bought my place and the other time when I sold it. 855 Folsom Street # 342. My wife and I rented a unit through Mike from out of state as I was moving to San Francisco. He took advantage of our situation (being from out of town) and rented us a unit that didn't match the pictures online. Met Mike through a friend's referral. Mike has been truly amazing in advising us in a sticky situation with the developer we are looking to buy a unit from. He accurately assessed the situation, gave great advice on what to do, discretely exerted his influence in the industry to our benefit, and answered our distressed messages all the way to mid-night constantly.
