This review is long overdue... Irina helped us with two successful purchases so far, our first condo in San Francisco in the Mission and our current house purchase an Eichler in Walnut Creek. Especially in a city like San Francisco where you're expected to pay above asking price, eliminate contingencies, and provide a cover letter.
