Ms Hansen is thorough and knowlegable about the realty market. I can tell you that you will feel like you are her only client. Excellent in her field.
Took 1.5 years to find my home and Christina was right there with me to the very end . All the properties we saw She had checked to last detail.
Christina even rode on her Harley in the pouring rain to show properties.

If you want your house sold, call Christina! We were not in the market to sell our house. However, we saw that Christina sold a house in our neighborhood a few houses down. Not only did she make herself available no matter what time of the day it was, she also had the strategy to do what she told us she could do! Long story short...Christina had a cash offer ready for us within 5 hours of meeting her! Not only is she a great realtor, she is kind, sweet, understanding, and has the expertise you need to sell your home in this crazy market. Christina was excellent!!! She took great care of us by providing insight on the recent, current and projected market trends for the area we were shopping. The selling agent was the spouse of the seller and decided to omit that information and underestimated how sharp Christina truly is. She went to bat for us and didn’t allow another agent/broker take advantage of us. Not only did she watch out for us and provide us with everything we needed, she helped us make the right decision. My growing family and I are as happy in our new home as we hoped to be. We can’t thank you enough Christina!

Where do I begin with the phenomenal service we’ve received from Christina. My family & I moved to Charlotte from South Africa May 2017. Knowing nothing about the home purchasing process, we decided in Jan 2018 that we were ready to buy a home. We met Christina early Jan 2018. At the very 1st meeting, she made us feel extremely comfortable & at ease. She took the time to give us as much info as possible, answered every question we had & assured us she would find our perfect home before our rental lease was up (I’ll be honest I didn’t think that was remotely possible). I have always heard that moving is in the top 5 of stressors and boy are they right! So you can understand why you have to have a lot of trust in your real estatae agent-especially if you are moving 600 miles away! Christina orchestrated everything through my phone( even with a virus!) Despite that she got the job done with a professional and caring attitiude. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home. When and if I decide to move she'd be the first agent I would call to sell my property!

I was looking for a realtor that was attentive, understood what I was looking for and was there when I needed them. I didn't have that connection with my first option and then I met Christina. She was all of the above. Christina would make time to be at appointments with me and stood up for me in the mortgage process when I needed a knowledgeable person as I was a first time home buyer. Carolina Vue did a fantastic job for me. I lived in another state, but wanted to sell my house in Charlotte. Carolina Vue informed me that with a few repairs to the house, I could get a better selling price. I agreed, and since I did not live in Charlotte, they helped me with all of the work (including meeting with and coordinating with the various contractors).
When the repair work was completed, they listed the house, and within 8 hours the house was under contract for more than the asking price!!!
The closing was easy and fast (I closed within approx. 20 days after contract signing).
