At The Reserve at Quail North, we welcome Cats and Dogs! We welcome a maximum of (2) pets per apartment home, with a maximum weight limit of 100 lbs. There is a $150 pet fee per pet and a $200 pet deposit. Monthly Pet Rent is $25 per pet. Monthly pet rent min/max: $25/$50. Breed Restrictions may apply.

We recently renewed our lease after living here for a year. I couldn’t had asked for a better location and school district for my family. The old management made moving from Texas to Oklahoma a breeze. Everything was done online and communication was key!
I want to start off with thanking the maintenance crew —Derrick was the only maintenance at the time when we got our keys. He is so polite, knowledgeable and very respectful. We can also say the same thing about Tae and Mike! Yall are one of the reason we love living here.

I’ve enjoyed living at The Reserve at Quail North for almost 18 months. I’ve been transferred and will be moving but definitely recommend this community. I really like my two bedroom unit, a lot. The management has been polite, professional and great to work with. I would lease here again!

Me and my wife had some water damage in our house and needed to find a short term living situation as soon as possible while the house is being fixed. The staff at the Reserve helped out a ton with getting us into an apartment fast, and they’ve all been super helpful over the past few months we’ve lived here.
The manager there is also super friendly and she’s been incredibly helpful with any issues and questions that me and my wife have had. Customer service has always been a big deal for both me and my wife, so we really appreciate all the help we’ve gotten here so far.

I went apartment hunting today with friend David. By the time we got to the Reserve we were completely exhausted. Jessica was the friendliest leasing person of any place we visited today. The only reason this property made my friends top 5 was because she was so nice. Almost made me want to sell my house and move in here! Thanks for the cookies!

I assumed this would be a great place to live but I was so wrong. They say they pick up our trash but most of the time they don’t. When they do pick it up they take it to the side of the complex and throw it there. So there is a big build up of trash that looks terrible but also smells. It’s takes them forever to answer maintenance requests and the staff is so disrespectful.

This place used to be so great. Unfortunately things have gone downhill FAST starting about 2 months ago. It appears that new management took over and immediately began a mission to run this place into the ground as fast as possible. They have become infatuated with charging as MANY FEES AS POSSIBLE every month. We paid over $450 to cover a mistake that was made by OFFICE STAFF thinking it would bring our account current and up to date. NOPE! This month they want another $69 in fees and the property manager cannot explain why. Don't even get me started on Valet Trash. It is not an amenity- It is

DO NOT live here! I constantly get outrages random charges on my account each month and the management here can't even explain what the charges are for. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The property manager is nasty and acts clueless anytime I ask for information or help of any sorts. Highly disappointed.

5 star communication and 5 star property. Last week they power washed and my townhome looks brand new. Glad to also see neighbors bringing in their trash cans. Kudos neighbors!

The new management is absolutely horrible. This place will charge you at least $100 extra in random fees every month and then have no answers for you when you ask questions about it. The rudest people I have ever met, do NOT live here.

I’ve lived here 2 years. When I first moved in, it was a great complex with an awesome staff and maintenance team! Now, the new office staff is terrible. Not only are they completely rude and unhelpful, theres always an issue. Whether being up-charged, account issues, or maintenance work orders being cancelled without being completed, theres ALWAYS an issue. And when you call the office or go up there to talk through an issue and get it fixed, you are greeted with a lovely frowning face and bad attitude, and most likely told they “can’t do anything about it”.
