@Updated: I had the below problem when I just moved in but I see it is improved since mostly 2year I stay here. Nice place, nice neighborhood.

I believe the property managers need to be trained well. They gave me wrong information before I signed the contract and also didn't guide me well. When I moved to the apartment, I didn't know that I need to create the account with the Pudgest Sound Energy for Electronic. If I won't create account, I will be penalty by building management $50 monthly. When I found out I was charged higher than the utility bill and rental fee, I called them and

Updated: New manager Paula and previous one Ciana are good. We can contact them more easier and they respond on time. Maintenance guy stay in the same apartment with us, almost everything is fixes within half a day althought your request is not urgent. Very good neighborhood, many of whom work in IT or Tmobile.
You cannot beat the price in such a convenient place
--------
Their Corporate and management team is terrible. They only have 1 manager to manage 3 different apartments in different places. We almost never can call them. They charged us electric bill plus penalty due to no account set

- Secondary disruptions caused by damage to existing systems like the toilet or washers/dryers. They would turn the water off at night with no warning, likely hoping no one was using it at the moment and wouldn’t notice the water disappearing while they fixed something.
- Miscommunicated project directions; signs were posted on our building that water would be turned off in other buildings, but it turned out that our building was the one that lost water
- Incredible wastes of time corresponding with Kirk Tavener, the property manager at the time, Colin, the contractor’s

Terrible experience with this manager Ciana she’s never in the office never answer e-mails or phone calls it looks like she doesn’t care about her job she always says that she has to attend 3 properties . for problems don’t even go to her office because she’s never there . they have an assistant for 2 days if you have a problem she would not have a solution for problems and they only want to keep your money for Deposit avoid renting here is terrible

I am so incredibly disappointed with this place. I started living at Sequoia Grove about a year and a half ago. Since then 4 different property managers have changed. The property is definitely not maintained and it takes months to get things attended to. Laundry machine has been out for over a month, they don't respond to calls/e-mails but have no hesitation in penalizing you if you hold rent to get their attention. I am livid with management here. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place for yourself. This place consists of oblivious new management that has no regard for the run around
