Using mindful breath exercises, gentle or challenging poses, and the practice of relaxation and meditation, we soon realize our power to affect not only our physical health but our overall outlook on life! I teach group classes in all adult age groups, as well as small classes for special populations, kids' summer yoga, yoga workshops and volunteer classes by request.

I offer private classes for those who may need special attention or wish to learn how to use yoga tools to help with physical or emotional issues. Yoga has been therapeutic and beneficial in keeping me centered, literally and figuratively. Our class has introduced me to fellow yogis resulting in some wonderful friendships with those who share a mutual love of yoga.
Services
Donations are certainly not required, but they do help me keep the yoga classes going! You may donate per class, per month or your preferred giving schedule. I do not offer a suggested amount but ask that if you decide to give, may it be according to your ability and the benefit you receive. Non-transaction-fee donations can be made through Venmo at Janet-Hennard or jhennard@brightpathyoga.com, or through Zelle using my phone number.
While we are waiting for a safe return to in-person classes, take an online Zoom class with us! When you sign up and complete an information form, you will receive a link for each class for which you registered, and instructions for using Zoom if you're not familiar. Signing up does not mean you are obligated to take a class, and you can opt out of the notifications at any time.
Vinyasa A breath-synchronized form of yoga that moves from one posture to the next in a flowing sequence. The pace may be slow or fast depending on the capabilities and limitations of the class. The benefits of the sequence include building strength and flexibility throughout the body as well as increasing breathing capacity.
