BEAUTIFUL views of the lake. My kids enjoyed the outdoors so much. The association could use new employees however. All these women at the front desk are horrible in customer service. They are sitting all day in their desk taking care of their personal issues and giving you a face if you go and bother them.

In all honesty, this place is amazing. It's geographically convenient, it's very calm, it has hard working employees, what more could you ask for. I've noticed that people lately have been complaining publicly about certain things such as the pools scheduling program and maintenance response times, but these are hard times, theres a freaking pandemic going on and these people are complaining about their precious "stifled freedoms". Times are hard, without a doubt, but the management staff has been doing EVERYTHING in their power to ensure the comfort of those living here. Not to mention, it's hard

Just moved into this community. It’s very beautiful and super clean. It has a huge park with lake. The apt is very nice and spacious, with new stainless steel appliances and very nice kitchen setup. It was freshly painted, with new carpeting. The staff are really nice and very helpful. They answered all my annoying questions and are there when needed. Leeann is incredible. She’s very attentive and was very helpful with my move in process. Only been here a few days, but so far I love it.

I have been harrassed by this association ever since I moved in in April. I initially complained about the pool not being open on the weekends so I can take my son and after that I have experienced horrible treatment. I get fines and violations due to having a bike in my porch or because I have cameras for my own safety, or because my husband is trying to fix his broken car. They towed my car that was parked in my RESERVED spot because It didnt have a decal and I did not let the office know it was going to stayed overnight. I sent an email the day after to let them know that my car was staying

My boyfriend and I have been living at the community for almost a year now. This has to be the BEST condo we have ever rented. Community is always clean, pool is amazing, gym is brand new with all the top of the line equipment, we see security patrolling every night and the clubhouse always offers free fresh baked cookies. After reading some of the below reviews, its surprising how people actually complain because the community enforces its rules. Do they not want to live in a community that's kept clean and in order? We sure do and we respect and follow them for that same reason.

I am beyond excited to be moving out of Vista Lago. Associations are always a pain, but I have never witnessed something like this before. They give you trouble for EVERYTHING and they are SO lazy and always in a bad mood. The place has beautiful views though. Honestly if it wasnt for these people at the front desk, I think I could have enjoyed my time there.

I have been living here in Vista Lago for 2 years and extremely excited about experiencing my 3rd up coming year. To be honest this is a very peaceful community with beautiful atmosphere; nothing negative to say at all. The front desk team has been consistent with there professionalism and heart which allows each individual to live a safe, joyful and graceful environment.

I have not had anything but positive encounters with this community. Upon moving in the maintenance workers have been great with making everything in my apartment up to the highest standards in a timely manner. The main office staff has been willing to help or answer any questions that I may have respectfully and without hesitation. The pool and the new grills are clean and not over crowded. The people here are very courteous as well. I am excited to continue living here with such a great community.
