I've worked a few times with Bill Van Damme and New Start Home Inspections. As a real estate agent, a couple of my clients recently hired Bill Van Damme to do home inspections before buying a home. Bill Van Damme arrived early to the appointment, finished on time, and returned the full report very promptly. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He provided a very thorough explanation verbally after the inspection, and in the written report. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

As a professional full time realtor that has used Bill Van Damme for over 5 years, I have found all his inspections to be thorough, and complete and HONEST! He would never do such things as damage your home, but only to point out honest issues of the homes had the home been neglected. Do not let Bill Van Damme inspect a house for you..He damaged my house during inspection and blamed it on the unsafe wiring by builders instead of taking accountability of his actions. He opened up my electrical panels and while putting them back he punctured the harness by driving screw through the electrical wires, short circuiting my house. This guy should not be allowed anywhere near inspecting houses.

It has been a pleasure working with Bill.
To start off, he was very courteous on the phone and through out later. He was available for the inspection at a very short notice. Not only that, he started the outdoor/exterior inspection even before I reached their with the key.
He was thorough in explaining the results. In fact, he was nice enough to answer a question I had 3 months later.
Will definitely use his services again!
