Worst complex ever. People steal your stuff when you’re not looking, even from your patio. The residents can be obnoxiously loud and could care less if you’re trying to study or just relax. A lot of rapey vibes here with guys that’ll literally follow girls around. Totally not a good place for college students when they allow people here that don’t even attend Fresno state.

Fire alarms have been going off abruptly, mostly in the middle of the night at 4am. It’s too loud to stay in your apartment so you have to walk outside and wait for whoever to fix it. It usually takes 30-60min for it to completely stop. I feel bad for all the animals that have sensitive hearing. The management does not email you after about any updates on fixing it or investigating.

So I am a current resident here and I don’t usually do things like leave reviews but I had to. Ok so I recently moved in here and I started paying for a parking spot because it’s so hectic here with parking they literally have cars being towed all day so I asked for a spot. well when I went to park in the spot they gave me a slip saying that the spot was mine but there was already a car there with the exact same slip stating it is their spot so now I’m paying for a parking spot that I can’t even use, so I called the office and even went down to the office a few times and they continue to

I have lived here a couple months now and have been really happy. Good location for me near the mall where I work. It is quiet, I feel safe here which was one of the important things to me. My last apartment was always noisy and things always seemed to happen. I haven't had any problems here. I like that my apartment has hard flooring so its easy to clean.

Had a friend live there. It’s a good place to live. They enjoyed their experience while going to Fresno St and access to the school was nice. Downside it’s a little far from Fresno City, but once they transferred to FS it was easy to access with the shuttle. Rooms are nice and common space is a good size. I’ve seen other college living arrangements and they don’t come close to this.

As a parent,. Avery felt like the best option. We looked at all the student complexes and the ones closer to Fresno State were more run down and did not feel safe. Avery was a little further, but the shuttle will be great to drop my daughter off near her classes when school starts again. She has lived there through the pandemic and despite the circumstances she has had a great experience.

Avery Fresno is such an amazing place to live especially if you're a college student. It is only a 5 minute drive away from campus and is so close to a lot of stores and fast food places. My experience living here so far has been nothing but the greatest. The people in the office are very helpful and kind. My apartment that I moved into was super clean and I've had no issues at all.

Moved in about a month ago since I am finally having some classes in person. Moved into the Evergreen. Have a really nice pool view. I Have a apartment situated in the corner overlooking the courtyard. It isn't really noisy but we will see if it changes when things open up. For now its a great view and I really enjoy sitting on my balcony.

DON'T RENT HERE! Biggest mistake putting my child here. Now that we got our child out of here they are trying to bill us $2,500.00 and forget about emailing or calling them cause they put you on hold fr forever and lie about why manager can't take your call. Then give you bogus names and numbers for corporate. SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A LAWYER!
