For over 25 years, we have offered expert guidance and direction for Boards of Directors and have focused on the long-term physical and financial well-being of our community associations.
All checks are processed electronically and may appear as an ACH item, direct debit or automated check on your bank statement. You can now pay your association assessment, or administrative fees for Condo Questionnaires and Status Letters. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit Card. If you are making a payment on multiple accounts you must make a separate transaction per account number/unit.
Herriman & Associates, Inc. is thankful to the various vendors that have services our client communities over the years. Herriman & Associates, Inc. has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, Herriman & Associates, Inc. has signed up with a 3rd party vendor compliance firm named VIVE.

We limit our geographic service area to facilitate more frequent visits to the communities we manage.
