Independent Property Management began serving homeowners in 1994. The company embraced a vision of what property management should be and wanted to bring that style to the marketplace. IPMLLC operated in Canton, Garden City and is now located in Plymouth, Michigan under new ownership since 2010. Exclusive to customers of Independent Property Management-This program was designed to help our residents with repairs and/or services in and around their home that Associations may not cover.
