All rents and deposits received along with any maintenance and repair items will be shown on your account. If anything else happens that will affect your ordinary cash-flow - i.e. loss of tenant, non emergency repair over $200 - you will be notified immediately. From applying up to communications I've been chasing this management. The leasing agent Renee was very rude with every call I made to the office. She never answered the phone and after two weeks of the back and forth and never getting clear answers about my application, I finally called this morning knowing she'd be annoyed that I even called again , she stated that my app was denied and she couldn't explain why. I have verified approved income. No evictions. No felonies. .BUT now after the wait and rudeness

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT do business here. Just look at the other reviews for yourself. I applied for a rental house a while back. I was promised everything would be move in ready by the time my move date approached. Move in day comes and I don’t even have a water meter on the house=no running water. Security steel door was missing. Still no connect for stove to hook up. A cat had just had kittens in one of the closets. Railings and banisters still untouched I could go on and on with all the problems. On top of it my WIFE was 8MONTHS PREGNANT with our first child at the time. Weeks went by and

I just received a security deposit check 300 dollars less than what it was supposed to be and I was always on time with my rent. I maintained the property that I lived in and I used my own money to fix things. They are terrible landlords and none responsive to my needs. PLEASE DO NOT AND I REPEAT; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will find a way to take money from your security deposit. I am Octavius Brown and I'm highly disappointed in this company 😔

I transferred property from a another Property Management Company to MDPM. I work with a great team - Monica, Dawn, Jennifer and and Lindsey. They have all been very professional, efficient, polite, pleasant, and great to deal with. They are always on top of things and keep me in the loop. It has been a refreshing change. My husband and I did an application in July for two of their properties. They collected a lot of personal information from us but barely gave a response outside of saying they received it. They even lied and said they emailed my current landlord a rent verification form when they dont even have an email address for him. I called my current landlord to see if they reached out to him and of course they lied. Run fast all their houses been on the market for over 100 days which in my opinion mean they not renting or its not their homes to rent. Run run run. I think they are writing their own positive
