Erik was very easy to work with. Online scheduling was great, price was better than any others I found, he was on time, thorough, and very professional.
I learned a lot about our new homes mechanicals, things I should get done this year, things I should get done in spring, and things I should be checking annually. Definitely worth the money to get everything checked out and learn some new things!

We had our inspection with Erik today and he was great! We are first time home buyers with no idea how houses work and he did a great job walking us through everything and making us feel comfortable. The building we had inspected was a 4 unit apartment building and he spent about 4.5 hours with us making sure to thoroughly explain everything. I would highly recommend him!

Erik performed a fantastic home inspection service for our home purchase. He was friendly, informative, but most importantly, meticulous with every detail of the house. He walked us step-by-step through every nook and cranny of the house and interpreted what he saw as either safety risks, big fixes or minor fixes. Erik was amazing. In addition to being personable and friendly, he took the time to explain literally everything to my wife and I. No question we asked was dismissed or treated as irrelevant. In discussing our home inspection with friends and family, they can't believe how thorough and knowledgeable Erik was - even my father in law who's a hard to please retired contractor was begrudgingly impressed! Erik was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He allowed me to walk around with him as he conducted the home inspection. Answered any question I had and gave me advice on how to improve some of the problem areas in and around he house. The report was very detailed and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend Erik for home inspections.
