I chose this place as it once looked like the management cared. This were kept clean, people were neat and service looked prompt by past reviews. It has been several months since the front gate has been broken, yet they instead focus money and time on speed bumps. Since the gate has been left unsecured, motorcycles have been stolen and the area has looked increasingly worse. This is not the place it was over a year ago.

This place is decent, but too expensive. They only have one maintenance man. Which is a shame because there are so any apartments to get to. Secondly, the smoke detectors just start beeping for no absolute reason sometimes and they’ll tell you to just take it out. We had ours out for a whole WEEK, I called back to complain that it still wasn’t fixed and the lady at the office said the maintenance guy has been out for a week, she did not tell me this when we first went up there to complain about it. Mind you, we had to sleep with it beeping ALL NIGHT. I recently put in a work order for our sink

This is my second time living at McArthur Landing. My first experience was great. The apartments were new and they kept everything up. The second time I came back based on the experience I had previously with them and the manager was Ashley. She was wonderful. She left and another manager came and was the worst manager ever. Dealing with her messed my rental credit up in which I never had bad rental credit history until I dealt with her and the shenanigans. It was the worse year of my stay. My air unit was giving me problems and maintenance kept patching it up. Nneka the new management came and

The staff here at MacArthur Landing is excellent and Ashley has compassion empathy she is detail orientated everything is always fixed on time Craig is wonderful they're all respectful Hannah was nice Adamir is bubbly and Crystal is a welcomed addition anytime we had an issue which was not often and was fixed immediately. I love living here.

The actually apartments are good , but as far as the ladies in the front office, they are rude . And this place is very money hungry . We lived here for 14 months and to say we paid as much as we did they could at least come fix things when we called . We'd wait weeks before anyone would come to fix the problems . Don't bother cleaning up after you leave , they will still charge you no matter how much you cleaned it before you left .And when you move in make sure they have all of the light bulbs because when it's time for you to move out they will charge you for any missing ones even if they weren
