Great people! I love taking classes here. All of the teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are lots or mirrors to work on alignment, and I love the new rubber floors. The room is consistently hot and humid, so you will always get a great sweat. I like that they only teach the bikram 26/2 series; they do one thing and do it well. It’s also the best value for bikram yoga in Atlanta. I highly recommend!

When quarantine first started, Yelp Atlanta hosted an event with Still Hot Yoga - a virtual Bikram yoga class. I had never taken a Bikram class before. The event was great, but nothing could everrrrr compare to the experience in-studio!
Now that exercise classes have been allowed in Atlanta for a while, I feel safer visiting a studio for a class. I feel like most have worked out the kinks and it's relatively harmless. My usual yoga studio remained closed, so I decided to branch out and give Still Hot an in-studio try. I started visiting this studio within the past few weeks and I am absolutely

Finding a yoga studio that you can connect with us not easy. For me yoga is not just about the looks of the studio, but the overall vibe of the place and most importantly the quality of instructors and experience that I will gain from the class and people. I have attended numerous yoga studios in the local Atlanta area and in different countries, but Still Hot Yoga has by far been my favorite place to practice because of the instructors. Quality is very important for me and especially when it comes to Yoga and creating the correct foundation for my long life practice. This is one of the very few

The studio is beautiful and HOT! From the moment I walked in the door. I felt so warm and welcome. I loved the vibe! I took Cathy's class. She was awesome. Cleve the owner was at the front desk when I arrived. He was so helpful and kind. I'm really looking forward to taking his class. My heart is filled with so much gratitude! I am a Bikram/ Hot yoga addict! I'm so happy, I feel like I've found my new yoga community!

I just moved here from Nashville where I did hot yoga regularly, and was looking for a good yoga studio that would challenge me and keep me coming back. Well Still Hot definitely challenges me to say the least!
This is by far the hottest yoga studio I've ever practiced in. I think part of it is due to the new floors, which are a black rubber material. It heats up like a hot street in the summer! I personally like this, I'd rather be challenged and have to take a few breaks here and there, than to feel like the studio isn't hot enough. I'd recommend starting with the 60 minute

I have been coming to this studio for over fifteen years. I love the heat and the Bikram series. It's what works for me. All levels are welcome, and all the instructors are friendly and great. They recently painted the walls and are about to put in a new floor, so it is getting an update. This is a challenging practice, but it is worth the great feeling you have when you walk out. If you are new, be ten minutes early. They start on time, which I appreciate very much.

I mean I don't want to be too negative but it was not a great studio. Its a hot class yet there is carpet in the room ( I have never seen that before). The yoga room smelled awful. Felt like a bateria haven. The room was filled to the brim with people, so I guess some people don't mind or like the cheap prices. But it was not my vibe at all.

This is an excellent Bikram studio with amazing teachers and friendly, supportive students. The teachers truly are passionate about yoga and helping their students improve in their practice. I have been going to Still Hot Yoga for 4 years and my practice has improved dramatically with the help from the teachers. There is a beautiful community of students at this studio that is unlike any studio I've practiced at previously. Everyone is friendly and welcoming to newcomers. This studio feels like home to anyone who practices there. I highly recommend this studio to anyone new to Bikram or whose been

I love this studio and am really sad to leave it (I am moving). The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive. They each have their own style and humor, but stay true to Bikram. They are all incredibly welcoming, and that creates an environment one can look forward to! The students are great as well! It's awesome to see so many people coming to class who are excited about their practice, the studio, and their fellow students. Still Hot has a lot of familiar faces, but everyone does an great job in welcoming newcomers. And those newcomers seem to quickly become regulars. It's the kind

Very dirty. I have never seen carpet floors for a hot yoga room! And people work a lot on the carpet, outside of their mats, causing sweat to build up in the carpet and creates a horrendous smell and leave a grime on your hands. They also need to offer a more variety of classes.
I just won't be coming back here to sum it all up. And I don't recommend it if you've been doing yoga for sometime. Maybe a good introduction, but nothing more.

Anyone with a curiosity towards Hot Yoga...or Bikram style, to be more specific, should make it a point to try Still Hot Yoga in Decatur. I have attended the 60 min "Hot Fix" on thursday nights for about 6 months.
Everything is right about this studio. Great Facilities, huge "old school showers". The heat / humidity is perfectly maintained, the cueing and "dialogue" is on point, and the energy is so positive and technical. Although some of the most physically demanding sessions i've experienced (believe it or not, the 60 min can be much more intense than the 90 min class), the attention to correct

No need to try another studio, SHY is the best Bikram in Atlanta. The studio is Bikram oriented although they offer Vinyasa and other specialty classes... the heat & humidity are well thought out and always set to the correct temperature. Then there are ceiling tiles with printed sky/clouds that enrich the shavasana's...and they dim the lights in between classes so you can always arrive "on your mat" ready to work thru the magic that Bikram delivers. The instructors/management make the experience better for everyone from beginners, intermediates, and the seasoned yogi's. I can't even recommend

I've done Bikram yoga at three studios now, one of them being Still Hot Yoga. This studio was, by far, the worst experience with this type of yoga I've ever had.
First, the smell. Who has carpet in a hot yoga room? Or any yoga room for that matter? On top of that, the instructor made us stand *on* the carpet rather than our yoga mat for a lot of the poses, so it's easy to see how the smell gets that way. Bikram has heavy breathing exercises, too, so not only did the smell make that difficult, but the carpet itself did as well. It was just so stuffy in the room.

All the members I met and instructors were extremely nice and and supportive!
I would definitely go back I just wish they had more locations!!
The membership & classes are expensive but we can put a price on health and wellness and relaxation!!!!
I hope you enjoy your workout

I recently moved to Decatur and was so excited about this Bikram yoga studio being in the neighborhood. I've been practicing Bikram yoga for the past 4 years in Detroit, Miami and NYC, and I was so disappointed after my first class.
The first thing I was shocked by was the smell in the studio. The smell of old stale sweat in the carpet made it hard to focus. After the class it became clear why, they don't have students turn to do poses and instead straddle the mat and have the sweat fall to the carpet instead of the yoga mat and towel.
The second thing was the teacher repeatedly opened

I've practiced this 26 posture sequence on and off for the last 10 years of my life. I have found that when my practice is more regular, my life and my health seem more manageable.
Bikram yoga Decatur is a great studio, the instructors know the yoga, and they offer the cheerleader type of support that can help you through those poses that you hate.
You will sweat, and you will smell smells, but everything you give to your practice will make you feel that much better when you leave the class.
And then you do it all again. Tomorrow.
