Had my first in person, in door yoga class here since the pandemic the other day, and they nailed it! I work in the medical field and know they have gone above and beyond in making sure the classes are as safe as possible. I thought I would be a bit anxious, but their care and communication helped me center on the purpose of being there - yoga!

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over 35 years and I can honestly say I have never felt better about my practice than I do at Form Yoga. It starts at the top with owner, Mandy Roberta. She sets the tone for a fun, welcoming, playful, strong, diverse practice that is embodied by amazing teachers. There’s a “deep bench” here. I can’t pick a favorite teacher because I truly like so many of them — and I am picky! The space is large and comfortable and best of all, there’s a nice sense of belonging and community here. You can slip in and out unnoticed, or enjoy a laugh with fellow

Have found my yoga and inspiration home. ❤Gorgeous space from the lobby to the retail and lounge area to the studio. Amazing people who know your name and how to help you grow your practice. No matter what brings me in or what I'm seeking for my time in class, I always leave Form getting what I needed and much more. And... the retreats are fabulous, too.

Such a great local studio! From the moment I entered, I felt the warm and inclusive environment Mandy and the fabulous teachers at FORM cultivate. The teachers, staff, and students are kind and welcoming, and I love the variety of classes offered. I can find what I need to support my practice on (and off) the mat at FORM!

I started practicing yoga at FORM in 2015 and absolutely love the community. The students and teachers are amazing and I love the different class styles. It's amazing to see how the studio has grown and changed over the years, and I love it more every time I walk in. I can't recommend FORM highly enough - I've found my people here! I've gone from student to teacher trainee to employee - you can find me behind the front desk and in a ton of different classes!

I had such a lovely experience this evening at FORM. It was my first visit to the studio and my first class since Covid hit so I was a bit nervous. Everyone was very welcoming, masked and socially distanced. The space is beautiful and I was immediately at ease. I enjoy lots of personal space in general so this might've been my favorite yoga class ever. I didn't realize how much I needed some self care, exercise and a moment of stillness. Cant wait to go back.

This is the best yoga studio in Atlanta, hands down. I am lucky to have called Form my home away from home for over a year... I am moving and will miss this place so much. There are amazing teachers that all bring a little something different to each class. Mandy, April, and Rose are some of my personal favorites...
Their customer service and management is always excellent. I had a few issues with my card being charged after my 6 month auto draft was up and they emailed back quickly and always worked hard to solve any issues I had.
I only wish I had found this place sooner. There is no hot

I've been a loyal member of Form Yoga since day one. More than a place to do yoga, Mandy Roberts has created a close community of students and teachers who love yoga and support each other.
A variety of class levels and teaching styles provide a nice mix for folks who like variety in their regular practice. Large, airy, beautiful space -- fun and supportive teachers -- and great deals if you purchase an annual membership during sales.

I love, love, love FORM yoga! I feel so fortunate to teach here and could not be happier to be a part of this incredible community. All of the teachers are top-notch and willing to help each other out, the students are the most fun and kind, and the space is beautiful. FORM is the most playful, accepting, warm, open, loving, genuine studio I have ever been to (in my 10 years of practicing yoga). I would highly recommend this studio to anyone, whether you consider yourself a "yogi" or not. Coming to this studio is like coming home.

I've been to four classes so far after purchasing the 10 class Groupon (worth it!). I wanted to make sure that I liked the studio before I committed. This studio is amazing and I have left each class feeling calm, relaxed, and happy which is a huge deal because I have become a very stressed out, on edge person. I was already really pleased with the classes and instructors, but today was wonderful because Hannah Rose took time before class to ask about my range of motion or any existing injuries, and because I told her that my hips are extremely tight which is being exacerbated by being a cyclist

This is a great yoga studio that's super close to my home. I purchased a Groupon for 10 classes, and it was definitely a good deal. I'm drawn to the sweaty fast-paced classes. I've really enjoyed Happy Hour, Upper Body Reform, and Hips Don't Lie. Mandy Roberts is the owner and her classes are awesome. My only complaint is that in the summer time, the studio is pretty warm. And when the A/C comes on, it's loud and makes it hard to hear the instructor's directions. But it's still a great studio and I recommend it.

I travel to Atlanta for work trainings quite frequently. I came to Form a few weeks ago, and I took a Slow Flow class with Carly. This morning I took Happy Hour with Caron. It was faster paced, and I loved it. Both classes were challenging, and both instructors were very knowledgeable about alignment. They were both encouraging and non-intimidating. I have found my yoga home away from home! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a fun, challenging, doesn't-take-itself-too-seriously studio to get your sweat on, Form Yoga may be the place for you. I love the easy transitions between intense and playful modes -- you can take an invigorating 1-hour flow class (Happy Hour), or claim a space for a candlelit 90-minute meditation workshop on the chakras. Teachers are uniformly down-to-earth, accessible, and encouraging. I'm dazzled by the ease with which owner and instructor Mandy Roberts picks up on the names of all her students and calls out sweet affirmations to them during class. Such a

As a newly aspiring yogi I was pretty nervous about going out in public and demonstrating my weaknesses physically and my ignorance of yoga in general. Based on reviews I decided t that I would give form a try. They have a great 25 dollars for 25 day intro floor new members. By the end of my first class I felt pretty at ease in their beautiful studio. By the end of the first week I felt like I was part of a community of like-minded people. So far all of the teachers have been super encouraging, kind and inspirational. I would totally recommend this place to anyone, especially those who feel a

This is a fantastic yoga studio and my go-to spot for some downward dog, meditation and loosening up the ol' body. I've been going to this studio for about 3 years and I can't emphasize enough how welcoming, encouraging yet pleasantly challenging the classes are here. There are a wide range of classes and no matter what type of class, there is something for everyone. The instructors are very skilled and knowledgable but they don't take themselves too seriously - they don't look down on you if you can't touch your toes and laughing is common during classes! I've tried out a lot of yoga studios over the years, and I've never found another that I love the way I do FORM{yoga}. I participate in a twice-weekly offsite class led by owner Mandy Roberts, make it into the studio whenever I can, and recently attended the Live.Laugh.Love. Tulum, Mexico Retreat with Mandy. The amazing experience of that retreat is what inspired me to log in to my seldom-used Yelp account and leave a review.
This was my first yoga retreat. Prior to training with Mandy, I never would have signed up for something like this -- not because I don't love yoga, but because

The space is unique and clean and welcoming and each of the instructors I've seen has been amazing and truly invested in their students (Jessica Calderon and Hadji Jones).
Mandy is wonderful and you can tell that each person that comes in is truly loved and cared about. Just with it was closer to home! :)

This studio is one of my favorites! If you want seasoned teachers with compassionate, playful hearts then this is the place for you. The classes are listed on the website according to difficulty level and give clear descriptions but most are accessible for many levels. You don't have to be afraid if you're new to yoga . If you're a more experienced yogi you will be challenged. I've watched my practice grow so much since I started practicing here. Mandy really pays attention to everyone and gives you what you need to move forward or find comfort in your postures. The teachers

FORM yoga is my happy place! It is such a wonderful place to practice yoga. The sense of community at FORM is like no other. There are tons of great classes and amazing teachers. I have been practicing at FORM twice a week for the last two years. When I started I could barely forward fold and now I am able to do advanced poses! My favorite thing about FORM is that everyone leaves their ego at the door. The students and teachers at FORM are extremely supportive and encouraging. It is very common to hear us cheer and clap for a fellow yogi. Like I said, FORM is my happy place and I am so grateful

This is a long, long overdue review, as I just got on Yelp!
I've been taking classes at Form Yoga for almost two years and love this studio. They offer a variety of classes for ALL skill levels, so you never have to feel intimidated by a class. When I started going to Form, I couldn't even get into crow pose, and now I'm able to get into handstands. I'm amazed at how much the individual attention you get here helped improve my skills, challenge me, and get me out of my comfort zone. The studio offers low-key classes such as YinYoga and Relaxation Yoga as well, if your goals
