I’ve been at Jamestown for about 3 months and love it! Any problem I’ve had was fixed in a day or two! A little pricey considering the building I’m in is right across from a hospital so sirens are constantly going off at all hours. I work two jobs (night & day) so it’s not bad but can be annoying. One major con is laundry. The washers and dryers on sight do not clean any stains or dry your clothes. I believe you have to pay extra for a washer and dryer connection but would definitely be worth it. Or getting a portable one. But I love the area, staff, and overall apartment! Nice privacy

If you decide on Jamestown @ St. Matthew's Apartments, follow up with Yaya. She is the best. Pleasant, knowledgeable, incredible customer service, dependable, bright, spirited, instructive, thorough and diligent.

Lol, I feel like the good reviews are super fake.
Edit:(They'll charge you for things you weren't responsible for, they'll come in with the intent to fix a leak, put a hole in your wall, never come back, and expect you to pay for the hole. Extremely money hungry, not to mention this is a terrible place to live, don't do it.)

Do not rent here! Rats, poor management, maintenance stole items from my apartment. Not to mention their lack of ability to communicate. When you leave this place you WILL wind up with a collections account and you won’t know it until it pops up on your credit report. Good luck getting that removed. I’ve lived in several apartments and have impeccable credit and this is the first and only place I have felt the need to leave a review, in hopes to spare others from this nightmare and Jamestown at St. Matthew’s Apartments and IRT.

I’ve been living here since December of 2020. I have had a pretty decent experience staying here. The apartments are newly renovated and very nice looking. EXCEPT, you can tell all the painting was rushed and doesn’t look the best.
Besides that, I’ve enjoyed my stay. The bills aren’t high, maintenance responds promptly, and the people in the office are very friendly. I’ve never had any issues that weren’t fixed quickly. I’ve had a door break, a screen door rip, and the gate bolt break. They have fixed all these issues within the same day! However, I do have

Horrible experience! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Never answer phones nor emails for maintenance request. Always comes up with excuses but always want the rent on time $125 for one day late! Only lived here 2 months and moved the apartment was not ready to be move into to was only vacant for 15 days! Found multiple things broken that needed to be replaced. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! For $1500 for 3br townhouse !

So i have lived here for a year now and i love management. the front office staff has been excellent. anytime i need help they go above and beyond ,just today Kurt(manager)helped me to email some documents using the tenant computer in the clubhouse...he actually stepped away from his desk to comeout and help me and i think that is great.. the front office staff here is very helpful and pleasant
