Don't waste your time at Nori apartments. I booked an appointment for a tour , received a confirnation email with the day/date/time (12:30). I arrived at Nori and the leasing door had a note saying the leasing agent would return at 1:30!! No one informed me on a time change or anything.I emailed them at 12:30 and still no one has reached out.
I COULDN'T EVEN IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE, DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. DO WHAT I DID , AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER OR WASTE YOUR TIME.

Nori was a decent place when we first moved in but then I noticed how cheaply made the apartments were. We were constantly putting in work orders for things that weren’t even fixed correctly. During negative degree weather our furnace stopped working and was making horrible sounds so when we put a work order in it took them a week to come actually fix it and the guy who fixed it said “I’m glad we came to fix it now because the part that was broken could have caused the furnace to explode” That was very unsettling. Not a safe complex at all. Cops were there constantly and I did not feel

I moved here with my partner in June and we LOVE it here! The apartments include washer and dryers, stainless steel appliances, and laminate hardwood kitchens. (Also from what I can tell, the price of rent is around the amount of square feet, ex. ~800 sqft is about $800 a month) Michelle and Paul are both really caring employees who make an effort to get to know their residents. Thomas is the maintenance man and is super efficient. Management has been really understanding about Covid related financial issues and will do their best to work with their residents' individual situations, which puts

Paul and Michelle are all-star employees but nori apartments aren’t trash apartments. Everything is extremely cheap and fragile. You get your some of your deposit taken no matter because of the carpet. And lastly your deposit come to you like 2-3 weeks after you move out not in your hand. All in all i just think their isn’t much thought to the residents. It’s all about money.

I just moved out after 2 year. I loved living there before we came under new management. Paul is extremely rude and seems unable to keep the grounds safe. I broke my arm on icy walks during the winter. I am now being charged more than my deposit for carpet that I had professionally cleaned before I left. I do not recommend Nori any longer. Rent is going higher and is no longer managed well.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. If they were priced lower, it would be easier to get over the rudeness of the property manager Paul, and the condition of the property. I had a roommate removed from the lease three months into living here, and another three months after that I found out they were still on the emailing list about my rent and personal information. I was not made aware they were going to have a change in ownership. Which is extremely frustrating considering I chose these apartments purposely because they WERE NOT owned by Monarch and that's who bought them. Anytime

Everyone who writes a positive review of this apartment complex probably hasn't moved out yet. I had an okay experience with NoRi while living there. Except, when I moved into my apartment you could still see old graffiti on the walls. They painted over it the next day though. They were at least always prompt on maintenance. However, my apartment usually smelled strongly of pot, assuming because my downstairs neighbors, and they would not do anything about it, even after complaints. Also, they did not do their due diligence as landlords with move-out policy. Missouri Tenant law says that "The Landlord
