The service, professionalism and care I have received from Site 4 Sight has been of the highest level imaginable. From the moment you arrive you are received as an old friend. It is unmistakable to me that Carlos strives to provide the perfect pair of glasses by not only being meticulous with the technical aspects but makes a conscientious effort to know the person, their tastes, desired look and their use of the eyewear. The Owner/Dispenser Carlos was very, very Rude. I would never go back to his Eye facility. I had an outside Provider form for him to fill-out and signed for me. And he wanted me to fill it out. Saying I need to do my homework. His name and company has a bad taste in my mouth. I would never go back there for anything.

I had made an appointment for an eye exam. When I arrived at the office, I wanted to go over my visit charges in advance as recommend by my insurance company. The front desk person got very upset about it. I insisted, and he told me $120. At that point, I showed him the list of co-payments I was given by my insurance. My co-payment was under $50. Basically, he told me that I had no idea how expensive my visit was and that they are better than any other place such as Walmart. At that point, I cancelled my appointment so that I could clarify the charges with my insurance and asked if I could take

I have been going to Site 4 Sight Optical for years. Their customer service has been impeccable always. From eye exam to product delivery, they make every effort to provide comfort, guidance and expertise. They have a great selection of glasses and the turn around is quite expedient. They get a 10 out of 10!
