Cupertino Towing is a family owned and operated business. Upon leaving the SouthBay, we were saddened to have lost part of our family in which we had known for so long. We are lucky to say today we have gained a new one and couldn't be happier. Working in the field for 25+ years and have never seen someone pull out a vehicle positioned this bad with no problem. Very professional and excellent driver. Cupertino Towing is a 24/7 Emergency Roadside Service and is here to help you with all your automotive needs. With our outstanding fleet of 28 Service/Tow trucks, Cupertino Towing is able to handle any light duty job or service.
If no police department release is required, the registered owner of the vehicle may retrieve personal property. Items that are bolted or wired to the vehicle however cannot be removed. You can come into the office during normal business hours with the title to the vehicle and your ID. The fees will stop accruing on the date you turn over the title, but you will still be responsible for the fees up to that date.

The worst customer service. Management is obviously pretty bad. The lady who answers the phone is lazy and not knowledgeable. They told us we had to pay in person then we paid the next day and a few days later they put a lien on our vehicle after they received payment. The tow truck driver is the only good thing about this place. He was friendly and helpful.

Got a flat tire from a nail and called AAA for assistance. Been waiting for almost 4 hours now and no sign of help! That is half of a work day! Finally around 6:05 pm ( from 230pm till 605 pm) he finally showed up! It only took him less than 10 minutes to install the doughnut tire on my vehicle.
So disappointed. What a waste of time!

Tyler is the best. He's the manager over there. He helped solve a problem the Ford Dealership couldn't figure out for 2 days, in a matter of moments. He delivered 5 star customer service and demonstrated knowledge and great problem solving abilities. Cupertino tow helped me 2 or three days in a row with AAA. They got there within 15 minutes each time and they were kind courteous and very knowledgeable. Thanks a million again.

I USED TO GIVE THIS COMPANY SUCH HIGH PRAISE UNTIL RECENTLY ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS DROPPED OFF A CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP I WORKED AT IN ONE CONVERSATION WITH HIM CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THIS COMPANY HE WAS SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE POINT THE CUSTOMER WAS APOLOGIZING FOR HIS BEHAVIOR I CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND REPORTED THE INCIDENT THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AND IT'S BEEN A COUPLE WEEKS NOW

Amazing towing usually having to get you car towed sucks but they made it the best experience possible they were fast and reliable. Super helpful and the driver was amazing so kind and so helpful they have the best employees working for them I would recommend them to anyone will never tow with another else ever again amazing thank you!

I used AAA for a battery replacement Sunday afternoon and the tech unknowingly broke a connector to my radiator but pointed it out after finishing the battery replacement. His supervisor, Tyler said to bring the car by their shop the following morning to have their mechanic see about a repair. The mechanic deemed it unrepairable and ordered a new radiator. They were able to replace it the same day. I am very pleased at how Tyler handled the situation and was very prompt in getting the repair done!!

This TOW Company is the worst company I've dealt with in awhile. I CALLED AAA to use my Premier Membership and they sent Cupertino out to tow my car. First off they were late and then they Towed my car from Brentwood to Martinez to my Mechanics shop. My mechanic told them not to drop the car right in the middle of his driveway because there wasn't a key and he wouldn't be able to move the car around. He told them to drop it in the parking lot across the street and that he would deal with it . Well Cupertino refused to drop it in the parking lot and decided to take it back to there

Rude, tailgating BIG RIG driver, on a downhill route. Honking and revving his motor because I honked him in an intersection. He appeared to be running a stop sign and I was signaling my presence in the intersection. One honk and he laid on a long honk and came after me. Scary. I spoke with a defensive and unhelpful manager at the company afterwards. He said that he did not appreciate my threatening to report his company to AAA as a AAA contractor. I told him that I did not appreciate being intimidated and stalked by his driver.

I called AAA to get a battery jump or a new battery. A young man by the name of Jordan showed up. He yelled from the time he got to my home to the time he left. He broke the screws that hold down the casing to the inside of my battery. This young man showed up angry. It was obvious he did not want to be at work. I made a call the AAA and also Cupertino dispatch to let them know that he should not be at work going to peoples home with this awful attitude. He actually called my car trash. Had to have my car towed from concord to Fernandez auto in Pittsburgh today (12:30 pm) and the driver was so nice & patient. He listened to my story of how the car overheated and would not run. I explained I was taking it to sell for Cash for Clunkers. I asked him to drop the car off in front of the business as I had to drive the car into the yard for it qualify for the program. He understood & I met him in front of the business. We shared a story about family & I thanked him. Very kind man.

I wasn't told that I couldn't ride with the driver until they came to pick up my car... Leaving me stranded on Vasco Road. Would've been nice to be given a heads up. When I called them back to ask them why I wasn't notified of this ahead of time they blamed AAA for not providing the correct information.

So I sold my car and lost the slip to mail into the dmv. The new owner of the car had their car towed and I was left with the bill of over $3000. I couldn't get a hold of the new owner of the car. Cupertino Towing didn't care that I was no longer the owner of the car and the bill went to a collection agency. I had to pay a bill I didn't owe in order to keep my credit good. I figured that a family owned business would care more. I was wrong.

This company is outstanding. My trailer hitch broke while towing a boat on the freeway. I called a different tow company that was going to charge me $700.00 to tow my boat to my house. Cupertino Towing quoted me $175.00 for the same job.
When they got there the tow truck driver from Cupertino Towing was able to help me fix the hitch and lifted the trailer to reconnect it to my truck. After calling his boss they decided to not charge me anything and I was able to get my boat home safely. Cupertino Towing is the best.

We called AAA today to bring our car from a repair shop home. They sent Cupertino Towing. When the man arrived to our house with the flat bed truck, we expected him to unload it in front of our house at the curb.
Instead he literally unloaded it in literally in the middle of the street blocking traffic, dead battery and no brakes (it needed repair obviously) and left. I thought he was just parking his tow truck for a moment and he simply drove away.
My husband and I with my injured foot needed to push it up a slight hill, 3 houses distance to our driveway.
Terrible service, so sad AAA

Oscar has towed my daughter's car to get repairs and to bring it home.
He was very professional, efficient, pleasant demeanor and polite. Oscar is an asset to the towing business and to the company, Cupertino.
I can tell that Cupertino has a standard. The drivers wear protective uniforms (no matter the weather) and the tow trucks are clean.

Incident 1: I was connected to Cupertino Towing through AAA. I was clear with AAA that my vehicle had hit a curb and had a broken axle. The car had been towed to my friend's apartment complex by a tow truck on a dolly. When Cupertino Towing arrived, the driver drove past the car, reversed and without stepping out of his truck said no to towing my car.
