My car was stolen and found in Bay Point but for whatever reason these guys decided to take the call and tow it all the way to Brentwood even though there's dozens of other tow companies near Bay Point.
Alright fine, whatever. But when I went to retrieve the stuff from my stolen car the next morning they said it was 400 to take my car back or 900 to leave it there and give it to them. That's a little weird considering tow shops usually accept cars as a donation so you don't have to pay to get the car back if you don't want it. But okay, sure. I paid the 400 dollars to take

After confirming that they would do the tow from Antioch to Oakley, be there in about an hour. We waited 45 minutes and received a call from the driver that he could not locate the street in Antioch. As we were giving them directions they announced that they could no longer do the tow cause they got another call!! Are you kidding me! It was 90 degrees out at 3 in that afternoon. No apology no other person to call absolutely nothing but we got another call. I will never ever call this company again and advise you not too either or you'll be left hanging!

I called my car's warranty company to get me a tow truck and Discovery Bay they text me that this towing service will be there within an hour and a half I wait two hours and decide to call and Fernando on the phone tells me they never sent over the insurance email so they can't come pick it up well but I'm bothered by is why wouldn't Fernando pick up the phone to call me to tell me this instead of me waiting two hours to have nothing now I have to get back in the queue system to get another tow truck out to Discovery Bay which is going to take another hour

Wish I would've read the reviews earlier. But I was actually one of the customers that got ripped off. Paid $200 for less then a 2 mile drive, I was on the side of the road for a while. Told me an hour, took them over 2. On the island in the middle of the freeway, waiting for that long is just terrifying. I wish I would've researched more but I panicked and was desperately trying to get off the freeway. For those in the situation, I would just take advice from others. Look for a cheaper quote. This is just a huge ripoff. So frustrating to work full time, go to school full time to waste

So Pizzaroli wanted $200.00 for a 5 mile tow... I called them because they are local, and I try and support my neighborhood. The guy was less then enthused to help me. I had no choice but to check around and contacted Cupertino towing, what a breath of fresh air, very professional and attentive. The charge, $110.00, almost half off. If you like bow ties and don't mind paying twice as much for the same service, then go ahead. If you want to save money and be treated with respect call Cupertino towing, (925) 778-9292 you will be happy you did.

I don't know his name, but he was a big tall man with dark hair. Very professional. Just try to breathe and chill.

It there was a negative star rating, that's what I would give Pizzagoni's. They are a rip off!!!! I called Esurance, my insurance carrier to have my car towed from my home in Antioch to my mechanic, a total of 1.2 miles. This company called me to arrange for the pick up and told me the tow would be $130. I have tow coverage for $75.00, so there would be a $55 out of pocket charge. Mind you, I had this same car towed from Concord to Antioch a couple of months ago and there was no out of pocket charge. I told Pizzagoni's to forget it and called back Esurance to let them know what

Tonight I called Pizzagoni's Towing for a tow 0.9miles away from my home they said it would be 195 for a flatbed tow I said OK the man can back to the phone and said I don't have a driver available. I find that to be impossible they advertised 24 hour towing I am very disappointed with this company they have a tow contract with AAA so how is it that they don't have a flatbed truck availabe I even asked the man will there be a truck available later he said NO AND HUNG UP I called the next company listed which was S&S Towing they came quickly very nice people and the charge 1/2 the cost Pizzagoni

I was told it'd be a 45 minute wait, the driver Fernando was there in less than 20. He was super nice, polite and professional. I was really concerned that a shop wouldn't be able to get the lugs off my rim to change the flat because I didn't have the key. I called several places and they were all unsure. Fernando recommended Les Schwab and sure enough he was right. Very satisfied customer, couldn't have been better unless I got it for free!

I had a very positive experience with Francisco and Pizzagoni's Towing. I broke down on Byron Hwy in the rain. I called Pizzagoni's and they had a truck to me within 30 minutes. Francisco made quick work of loading it up and getting to my house. He was even able to put it in my driveway as I'd requested. Overall a very smooth experience. I would definitely use them again.

From making a call for service to getting my car towed the experience was positive. Very professional, courteous and not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.
Before towing my car he asked was wrong with it to see if we can avoid the tow and aim for another solution, after troubleshooting and realizing tow was the only option, car was hitched and ready to go in minutes. I'm gonna keep them on contacts list in case I ever need another tow. Very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!

It's great to meet a true professional in any industry and John Pizzagoni is just that. I had to have my 2015 Tacoma towed to Concord Toyota for service. He showed up 30 minutes before I expected him to be. His truck inside and out was immaculate. I just want to say that I'd recommended this company to anyone needing their service. I can see why they've been in business since 1965. Thank you John for a great experience.

Fernando is wonderful! They really saved me when I was stranded. They were there very quickly even though I was told by my insurance the national average for a tow on the weekend is 90 minutes-they were there in about 20 mins.
I highly recommend this company and will always request them in the future.

I needed a tow very quickly because Winter Honda Service department was about to close within an hour, I called and explained my situation to Ken at the dispatch and he re-routed a truck to me within 30mins. I was saved by the bell and able to get my car fixed before Monday. I will recommend them to friends and family.

We got stuck in the BJ's parking lot at Streets of Brentwood. When I called to arrange for the tow the dispatcher was calm and sympathetic and gave me an ETA of an hour. After waiting for almost an hour and half with no update I called and got the driver who explained he needed to switch trucks and would be on his way. Fernando, the driver was amazing and took care and patience with our vehicle. Not being updated better for the delay is the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star review...Fernando was a 5 for sure!

If I could rate minus stars I would. I needed my car towed from Brentwood. I was told the truck would be there in 20 minutes, I waited 30 minutes and nothing. I called them three more times and they kept telling me that it was on its way, that it was delayed because of traffic. After waiting more than an hour or so I called a fourth time and was notified that the towing truck had not been sent. They really didn't have it available, that it was being serviced. Really??? In the end I got another towing company to do the job, S&S Towing and Trucking (510) 232 8000 . They showed up in 20 minutes

So last night, after driving out to Tracy with my husband for dinner, we headed back home. It had begun to rain and my husband wasn't driving slower for the weather conditions - we came to a curve on West Bethel Rd and he went out of the lane into the shoulder, over corrected and spun out. The front of our car ended up over a canal type thing near Naglee & West Bethel. and our back tires were firmly packed into the mud. Great.
