Having peace of mind while you drive your Tesla is something you should strive for. AutoFox provides Tesla roadside assistance for owners whose vehicles are under warranty or out of warranty. AutoFox provides towing service, lockout and Jumpstart. Our trained technicians are here to help you get back on the road.
At this time we can't bill your insurance company. You must pay for the service up front and submit the paid towing invoice on your car to your insurance company and have them reimburse you for the tow. No AutoFox Towing is not a contracted AAA provider. To obtain a tow using your AAA, you must call AAA and they will dispatch a Tow Truck or Rollback to tow your car.

The service that we received was beyond amazing! Our car was stolen and badly vandalized. We’d already spent two days trying to get AAA to do the service was pay for and tow our car home. Enter AutoFox. They arrived in 30 minutes. We’d left the key at home so they then came back when we finally had the key. They got the tires on to be able to tow it and we masterful at getting it into the flat bed, towed to our home and off loaded in our driveway. Wonderful, excellent, brilliant at problem solving! Thank you for being a lifesaver!

I had my car's alternator give out on me earlier today. Decided to give him a call, he couldn't have been any nicer. He gave me a 30 min eta but he showed up earlier than expected. He was fair in pricing and just from our little interaction, you can tell that he's a legitimately nice person. He even offered to take me home as a gesture of good faith. I wish there were more people like him out there. Fingers crossed I won't need his help again but if I do, he'll be the first one I'll reach out to.

I used Autofox towing to get an old Porsche I'd been working on to a place for a brake and lamp check, and then to a CHP station for a VIN inspection. Both times they called ahead to confirm when they'd be picking my car up, and they arrived right on time. The trucks were clean and well maintained, and the drivers were very professional and nice. There's some shady people out there in the tow business, so finding this company was a nice treat. I should also say they were very careful about where and how to pull the car up the ramp, and securing it once it was in place. European cars

We needed a pontoon boat towed about 5 miles, the measurements didn't work out, but I called about every tow company on yelp and Oscar BY FAR has the best customer service! Next time I need a car towed this is where I'll go. He spent the time to ask the important questions, and even gave us a few referrals. Really appreciated it. We need more Oscars in the world!

Well... no one EVER wants to have to call a towing company, but if they did, I would absolutely recommend AutoFox. I was referred to AutoFox Tow as my cars engine died on the freeway and I needed a reliable and quick service to move it off the side of the road quickly without spending a fortune. I was stranded in the middle of the street in Brentwood and looked to Yelp to find the nearest towing company. After making several phone calls I chose AutoFox because their price was the lowest and it made the most sense for a 4 mile tow. They were in the middle of another tow job and informed me of what the wait would be. They checked back often and kept me informed while I waited.
