We are seeking an experienced property maintenance technician to work at one of our various apartment communities throughout Albany and Saratoga County. The individual will work with the property manager to complete all maintenance issues that arise as well as periodic maintenance as it pertains to the property.

I rented an apartment for the last 2 years managed by Paragon. In my experience, they were awesome. I dealt mostly with Tracey who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. She was always prompt in getting back to me with any questions or concerns. Maintenance staff was also great on the rare occasion I needed help with something. They too were pleasant and prompt. I had a great experience with Paragon!
