I asked them for months to get maintenance on my back porch for flooding issues and other noise issues from upstairs and the manager Todd hasn’t anything to help my issues. He kept telling me to be patient and that the problem would be solved but nothing ever changed even after I followed up multiple times over the course of 4 months. They charge high fees and but don’t do anything when you ask for help even though they keep acting like they will.

Absolutely horrible company. I don’t understand how they’ve gotten by for this long. They must have an exclusive contract with Cambridge Manor.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I have never seen them correctly do a job. Everything they do is a hob job leaving you with more problems than you started with.

I would never recommend as a property management company. Delayed responses to emails requiring multiple follow up reminder emails in order to get a response. Calls that were not returned. Took months of back and forth emailing (with the issues I just mentioned) in order to receive an answer for clarification on a security deposit issue. This could have been clarified with one simple straightforward email or short phone call. Company would benefit from better communication with clients whose properties they manage.

Property poorly managed the worst I've seen since living in this condo going on 5yrs pay $ 200.00 monthly association fee (Govenors Circle in Albany) and maintenance of lawn during spring summer fall sub standard care...maintenance of snow removal shoveling during winter months pretty much non existent called CYC realty x2 to make aware that property owners are snowed in need plowing and still no results will be contacting members on the board next
