I rented an apartment from Jim. There was a major mice problem. I called to complain and his crew showed up and put mouse poison logs throughout the apartment(exposed) and didn't tell me he did that. We moved out immediately.Jim then tried to avoid returning our deposit, which he finally did after I had to confront him in person. Not a person/company I would ever rent from again.

We couldn't be happier in our retirement living apartment at Brook Pointe. The apartment is well appointed and attractive. Our building manager is exceptionally helpful—friendly, professional, efficient, always available by phone to address maintenance issues, going the extra mile to do what needs to be done. Maintenance staff are also capable and always courteous and friendly.The grounds are attractive, the location is convenient, and the setting is quiet and comfortable. What we especially appreciate is a remarkable sense of community at Brook Pointe. We enjoy participating in the Tuesday/Thursday
