Chris did a very thorough inspection, including sewer scope and radon testing. His price was the best we found, he was quick to respond and very friendly. His report was detailed and included pictures, making it easy to understand.

Chris was quick to answer his phone, quote me on my needs and schedule me in. Prompt and courteous from the start. He was professional in both looks and demeanor. I followed him around a bit and he was able to address some concerns verbally to help me better understand and point out things I would have otherwise missed. The report was very easy to read and worth every penny!

Chris with RHI LLC was great on the phone. Showed up on time and helped me with my maintenance inspection. He had my report before he even left and was willing to review with me if I had questions. I did in fact have questions and he stuck around and answered all my them. Will use Chris again in another three years!!
