I recommend Battle Park Homes for anyone looking for affordable housing at Fort Benning. They are privatized and considered off-post housing. They also have the most courteous and professional staff who patiently addressed all of my concerns, no matter how many times I called or dropped by. You can tell there's a genuine care and concern for people looking for a home and want to save money. That family feel in customer service is hard to find.

The houses aren’t the Taj Mahal, but if you’re down to save and decorate, these are the places for you. Cheap and nice. Also, the staff is WONDERFUL. Adam was awesome. Helped me every step of the way. Awesome dude, awesome people, awesome place.

If your thinking about moving here I would strongly suggest you do! These homes are very nice and just need a little love. They may be old but they are extremely affordable and have a good community connected to them! Speak with Adam or Jerri and they will get you taken care of!
