Amy is very professional kind loving understandable person she will do everything in her power to please and make sure we are good to go .what needed to be done she take care of it I do appreciate her so much she gets everything done I’m glad she’s is the property manager .. I move to the district in 2017 it was all awesome but over the years it did go down since Amy is our property manager she try to get a it back on track the way it was in 2017 and I do appreciate her I know she can get it done..

Amy, Lovey, and Faith are the best group of women to work with. They literally do everything they can to please you. Hate to know that Lovey is leaving because she’s been a huge help to me…Amy too!

When I first moved in in 2018 the place was great. Now? disgusting and horrible. They do not clean the breeze ways at all. There's bugs all around peoples doors and even bugs getting into the apartment. These people never answer the phones either. They are so quick to want your money but not quick to fix things. When you ask for maintenance they say they will send on over and they never end up going. When they do end up sending people instead of actually fixing things they just do temporary fixes. The gates are always messed up and so is the pool. People have stolen packages as well and this is

I've been a resident at The District at Phenix City about a year now and as you have read, the community has its pros and it has its cons. I will add and say that it's a work in progress. They are beginning to make improvements around the community and hopefully all the concerns will be addressed and the apartments can live up to what is advertised and match the wonderful service that the staff gives each time I visit the office. Lovie, Braxton, and Amy have all been so helpful during my time here, and I'm hopeful to see many more improvements in the future.

The only good thing about the apartments is that they are a good size. Management has gone downhill and will not fix a problem or issue. There is only one office person that is helpful and she is not a manager. Every issue brought to their attention they respond ok I’ll look into it. Not days but months later it’s still NOT fixed. Cable is down… more than it up, internet is always having issues, and you can’t even talk to manager. They only want you to email them and get no response. If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would!! If you are looking to move look elsewhere it is not worth the money they are charging for rent. The construction is terrible. The gate is just open to whoever.. I have been here since Nov and have not had to use it not once. The pool is never open. The internet is always going out. Not to mention they charge you for pest control but since I have been here no one has treated our apartment. The breeze ways are nasty full of trash, spiders, spider webs, roaches etc. I have young children and when we come back in the house I have to rush them so the front

The complex started out nice, but deteriorated quickly. My car was broken into several times and knives were left on my seat. Our apartment flooded twice in less than a year. The complex never responded to our complaints, which eventually led to an infestation of black mold. There were several shootings. This is not a gated… complex like they advertise. My friends wife had someone force themselves into their apartment while she was carrying groceries upstairs with her baby in her arms.

This is the most poorly run apartment complex I have ever lived in. Our apartment flooded twice in less than a year and the complex never reached out to resolve the issue. Our apartment became ridden with black… mold. They marked work orders as completed without stepping foot into our apartment. There were multiple shootings in and around the complex because nobody gets vetted like they advertise. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. Anytime you ask them to fix things it’s days or weeks before it gets fixed and that’s only if you constantly remind them. The pool is filthy this year which is not true for last year. The lies pile up constantly which is so frustrating. Brenda has the worst and most disrespectful attitude of all and it’s very… exhausting to deal with. The toilets in the gym have been clogged up for 2 weeks or more. The sauna is messed up all the time. There are cockroaches in these apartments that they swear are seasonal... some are, all are not.

I took a tour of this property recently and the management and staff are the best!! They were so friendly and informative. The location is great and there is so much progress going on around the property. The gym on the property is an awesome facility!! I will definitely be sharing my pleasure of this place with others.

Nothing Luxury about it anymore! And gates have been open over 6 months “well before construction started”. Everyone chose this place that costs more bc it’s advertised gated to feel secure but it’s not. Also construction have tore the roads UP messing up cars and it’s in the middle of the road a huge hump right before a stop sign making it… impossible to avoid for weeks and causing near wrecks daily trying to avoid tearing your car up and incoming cars. It scrapes the bottom of cars TERRIBLY. Pools also are not open year round anymore like they have been for

In my month of living in these beautiful apartments I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to move. The staff is amazing. Lovie has been so incredibly welcoming and helpful with my move in process to even going the extra mile and recommending some furniture places! She and the other staff members have been amazing! Nice, quite, staff that cares, and just great all around!

Pros: The apartments are nice inside. Staff is generally pleasant. Great amenities. Generally safe environment.
Cons: There are roaches infested throughout the entire apartment complex. There is one trash site and it gets very messy at certain times of the week. Due to COVID, they don't do close-out inspections and may overcharge you for things they didn't inspect.
